I can't speak highly enough about Real Estate Funding Solutions. As a first-time homebuyer, the mortgage process seemed daunting, but their team turned it into a breeze. Their expertise and dedication were evident throughout – they took the time to explain every step, making sure I was comfortable and informed. Can’t say enough good things about my…

Can’t say enough good things about my experience working with mortgage professionals at Real Estate Funding Solutions. From the very beginning, they took the time to understand my unique deal scenario & my financial goals, and provided me with personalized loan terms supported every step of the way. They were very patient and super responsive. And best of all, they were able to secure a low mortgage rate for me that I never could have found on my own especially because of the fact that I show low tax returns and lack proof of income. I truly believe that I would not have been able to buy my investment property without their assistance. Thank you so much once again & I will be definitely be recommending you to my network of investors!

Closed my first deal faster then i could ever have thought. The team has great industry knowledge & experience.
Not only was the closing time fast. The professionalism shown and response time for answered for sent emails and calls i made blew me away! Great team they got working here!
