Brilliant service relentless at what they do

Our House purchase took about 4 months longer than it should have. Estate agents (Liz) were very accommodating and always kept in touch with all parties. The best thing is you try and understand the parties with a personal touch. Thank you and although we went through extensive re decoration, all guests coming to visit say that they have hardly seen such a good house. I would definitely recommend Reading Property

We just wanted to write a review of thanks to Terri for all she has done for us in our house move. It has been a long and quite stressful journey at times that she has massively helped to ease. We really appreciate all the communication, effort and hard work that has been put in to both selling our property and the purchase of our new property. Everyone we have come into contact with, there at Readings, have been both friendly and keen, and we genuinely feel like Terri has gone the extra mile to make things as smooth as possible for us. If ever we need to buy or sell again, Readings will definitely be our first port of call. Once again a massive thank you to Terri and the team for everything.

A very easy experience, friendly staff and always updated on progress.

Five years ago we bought our house via Readings, they were so helpful, particularly Liz, that when we decided to sell up they were our first choice. We considered saving money and going with an online company but we knew how important it was to have a real person to talk to especially after finding a buyer and all the communications with the solicitors. Readings were always helpful and honest and made us feel at ease during the stressful parts!! Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

I have purchased a property through Readings in Elm Park. They have been easy to deal with, professional, called back when they said they would and kept a track of the transaction, keeping both me and the vendor informed of what was happening in the chain.
I did feel that on two occasions when I put forward an offer it was not effectively communicated to the vendors if deemed too low or not the right circumstances hence my direct approach to vendors but that would not prevent me recommending. A definitively had a positive experience overall.

Liz did a great job, supporting me when I was on meltdown. She chased countrywide everyday as they were dragging the sale which took an amazing 24 weeks . I would never accept an offer again from a buyer who were using countrywide.
