Bad Quality
I purchased two pairs of reading glasses from readers.com. The first time i tried one pair the arm came off the frame making them unusable. I contacted them and I received an email stating they would get back to me. That was almost two weeks ago. Since reaching out for the first pair, the arm of the second pair broke in half. The quality of these glasses is horrible and the customer service in non-existent. Looking to reach out to my credit card to contest the payment.

Terrible service; dishonest about delivery
I ordered reader sunglasses after eye surgery and needed them right away. I ordered them on Tuesday May 5 with an acknowledged delivery of May 7 and I paid for expedited freight. After the glasses did not arrive on time, I called Readers.com and no one answered. I emailed customer service 3 times with no response. The glasses eventually shipped a week after it was supposed to be received. They shipped 9 days after the order and I received them on May 16 (9 days late after I paid for expedited delivery), I have tried to recover the expedited cost but customer service will not answer phone nor return emails. The product was good but I no longer needed it at such a late date. If they provided an honest delivery date, I would not have purchased the glasses...but they were dishonest about delivery. The delivery and service is unacceptable by any standard and I would strongly recommend moving on to a different online store.

15 days since I placed an order
15 days since I placed an order. Emailed with no response, emailed again with no response. Then again and got a shipping notice with tracking number that same day, but still never a personal response. Still have not received and never got a response. Not great customer service.

Can't ship readers in timely manner but no problem taking the money immediately
I ordered a pair of readers that was never shipped despite taking money out of bank account 10 days ago. I called and waited on hold several minutes and never got real person even though website says phone wait average is 52 seconds. I then went through live chat and received an auto response. I replied to that auto e-mail and still nothing. I called back this afternoon and finally spoke to a real person and asked for a refund, Will not do business with them again.

Customer service sucks!
I have a question regarding my order that has not shipped. I get an automated email. If customer service is sending them out why don’t they just answer the customers questions! Horrible customer service! I won’t do business with them again!

Great glasses, wonderful customer service!
This is the second time that I have purchased from readers, I had liked my previous purchase and they held up well. This time I was sent the wrong glasses with the wrong strength. I had emailed customer service twice without a response (with COVID 19, these are unusual times) but did get through to them by phone yesterday. I was very impressed with the way they rectified the situation (mistakes happen, the key for me is how companies handle it). Customer service went above and beyond to address the situation. Thank you. I will be coming back to readers again in the future!

A terrible company
A terrible company. They said that customer service is our number one concern it's a lie. I ordered glasses the first time got them with that issue. Ordered a second pair of glasses and more. They're supposed to be here a while ago and they're still not here. Bad customer service no response no way to contact them through phone or email. By far the worst customer experience next to eBay and PayPal. What awful organizations

I purchased my first pair last week
I purchased my first pair last week. They were the Collegiate men’s Readers. I don’t know what material is used on these glasses but I seem to be highly allergic to the frames. They cause terrible ITCHING! It’s very uncomfortable.
I will beto be requesting a full return refund. Very disappointed.

Don’t use this company
When I purchased I was torn between two different strengths to purchase. I tired using the glasses and realized I should have chosen the other strength. I quickly emailed customer service about an exchange and received the email saying someone would be in touch the next business day. I’ve emailed 3 times and still no response after a week. I would never recommend this company. If I ever get in touch with customer service I’m asking for a refund instead of exchange.

Received glasses that were unusable due to distortion in lenses so quickly returned the item in perfect condition. Received a refund of 56% of the purchase price with no explanation for incomplete refund. Bad product + hassle of returning only to be shorted on refund = Stay away from this seller.

I will give the customer service 5 stars, as for the frames not so much
I have purchased several pairs and every pair broke pretty quick, they did replace them but now the replacement ones broke too, they did last a little longer than the first pairs, I'm a little disappointed because I really like that particular pair, I don't want to keep buying them if they're going to keep breaking.

Got an update from United States postal…
Got an update from United States postal service that package is ready to be picked up at the post office. My mailman does not deliver on Saturdays for some reason. Today is Presidents day and customer no service is not open.. call readers.com and they are closed because of holiday talk to you laters. Calm and said my glasses are being held at the post office. They told me to call the UPS to schedule a delivery. Call UPS United States postal service. Waiting 2 hours for a call back from United States postal service.they're happy customer service people must be and state what is legalized recreational marijuana

I ordered a case that was supposed to fit one of the pairs of glasses in the same order. They sent a case that was way too small. The customer service lady I spoke with just offered to sell me another case , for more money, no attempt to make their original mistake right. Be careful ordering from these people.
