I think it is still in the beta stage, or they did not tested their tool properly! i have wasted almost two weeks to publish my website but still it has errors!

The AI came to reduce the manual work and burden, but this Readdy.ai makes my website worse! The credit based subscription is worst, i lost more than 1000 points to correct their backend side issue. They are not working North American time zone, the support is really late and bad!!

It was really frustrating and I am still waiting for their reply to rectify my issue! They are very very very slow responsive!!!

I really wanted to like Readdy AI, but it’s been a frustrating experience from start to finish. The tool kept failing at simple tasks, and I lost credits each time. Support never reviewed my complaint — they just refused my refund, even after I shared screenshots and proof.

I added my products on the admin page, but nothing showed up on the website. I set the currency to KWD, yet it always displayed USD. Visitors could even add or remove items freely — it’s a complete mess.

Such a waste of time and money. No real customer service either you send an email, wait two days, and still get no proper response. I’ll never recommend this platform

une fois abonné, ils vous font tourner en rond dans la création de votre site avec pleins d'erreurs à répétition, rien ne sera résolu, même le minima. Jusque votre crédit qui disparaitra sans avoir rien reçu en échange et de concret! une farce et escroquerie à éviter!

Once you subscribe, they make you go round in circles creating your website with lots of repeated errors, and nothing will be resolved, not even the basics. Until your credit disappears without you receiving anything concrete in return! A joke and a scam to be avoided!

It is a crappy application, they only make you spend your credits, you go from one package to another and the AI ​​is garbage, be careful because it is made so that you invest more and more, it solves something, it messes up something else, you can spend hours uploading information and in the end in one change it deletes everything, when you get upset and write to it in desperation or frustration it already gives you the solutions that it should give you from the beginning, they do it with all intention, it is a fraudulent company, you cannot charge 40 dollars a month for crap that instead of adding up, it subtracts, I lost 1 week of constant work because of this application, really do not waste your money, there are many pages that are worth it

I am extremely disappointed with this platform. The customer support does not respond at all, and performing even simple tasks generates countless errors. Even when the system claims that all issues have been fixed, it’s never true new errors keep appearing. In the end, you are left with no functional project, and all your credits are wasted on problems that were never actually resolved.

I'm so much in love with the app. It's such a wonderful one. I've been on it for some days now, I even did a monthly subscription. But I can say READDY.AI is indeed ready to take over the space. Kudos

Just a quick one, somethings I give a prompt for correction of something and the result will still be the same thing I corrected. I think you can do better by working on that too.
