Between Appointments™ is an independent cancer support brand created from lived experience of advanced cancer, treatment and the difficult days between hospital appointments. We provide practical, emotionally honest support for people living with cancer and for those close to them. Our work focuses on the parts of the experience that can be difficult to prepare for, including diagnosis shock, treatment fear, exhaustion, changes in identity, family strain, work pressure and the uncertainty that continues between appointments. Our first premium product, The First 90 Days: What No One Hands You After a Cancer Diagnosis, is a fully digital support system designed to help people navigate the early months after diagnosis. It includes a digital book, an interactive practical toolkit, a downloadable PDF and access to a private Companion App. Customers receive permanent access with no subscription, and nothing physical is shipped. Between Appointments also provides a free online Support Library containing 50 practical resources. These are available to anyone who needs them, with no purchase required. Everything we create is intended to feel calm, clear, useful and human. We do not offer medical advice, miracle cures or false promises.
