This bike shop has won me over in every way, and I’m very satisfied with both the price and the service. The truly outstanding price for the Colnago V5RS (35% off the MSRP, means €3,8k savings) naturally made me a bit skeptical at first as a new customer—after all, you can’t find this bike in Austria for anywhere near that price. But what can I say: Communication was fast, direct, and solution-oriented (for example, switching to a different tire model was no problem at all), and shipping was really fast too. The Colnago arrived very carefully packaged and protected, in perfect condition. All in all, shopping at this store was a truly pleasant, professional, and stress-free experience. I can therefore definitely recommend RDR Bikes and would (and probably will) shop there again.
