Excellent pre sales service, great price and really decent fitter and do you know what. The garage door looks pretty good too.

Simple ordering process and very happy with the price. Fitters arrive way before time (not an issue) and were knowledgable and efficient. The problems arose with after sales. Because the new door had to be fitted 6” further in I needed soffits. Fitter said just call sales and tell them what you need and he would come back and fit (for another £120!). Called sales same day who told me they needed a report from the fitter but would chase it up and sort. After a week not heard anything so called again, told they would pass to after sales who would call back before end of day. Heard nothing after three days so called sales again. Said they would look into it but no response. Seems like they aren’t interested once they have sold you a door. I just hope Nothing goes wrong with it as no sign of any warranty either.

Three weeks later and still no communication from RDC!!!

I bought this door based on mostly positive reviews. However, I found the door poor quality and very slow. I think price is low so I assumed that you get what you pay. I also bought extended 9 years warranty. In the past 22 months door broke over 6 times. Each time it was so bad that you couldn't even use manual mechanism so car was stack inside the garage. Respond time to repair is between 1-5 days so not too bad but useless if you got an appointment next day, work using your car or travel to airport and got prepaid parking... Problem is the same as the other costumers suffered from so making funny noise and things falling out from the mechanism that engineer couldn't identify and didn't know why these parts were in the mechanism in the first place. Panels keep getting stack to each other and making cracking noise every time when I open the door. A couple times door just got stacked half way through and left garage unsecured. Once all the panels just rolled out leaving space to access the garage. Each time when is windy, hot, rainy or cold, sensors go off like something was in the door way but door is closed. Clearly it would be cheaper to replace the door than keep sending an engineer every couple months. Lady from costumer care (Sarah) is very nice and polite but this doesn't improve quality of the door. So if you don't mind your car being stack in the garage, use this company. If you're after something more reliable, you might want to look somewhere else.

Good product, brilliant fitter

Had to wait for a long time for the fitting bit purely due to shear volume..great service was provided and good communication in the whole process from start to finish,very happy with the end result definitely will be useing them again

Really disappointed with Rolling Door Concepts. Both garage doors were fitted quickly and efficiently, but despite promises during six phone conversations and one ignored online request, still no sign of the promised additional set of keys and warranty document. It's a great pity to have spoilt an otherwise good experience. Still hoping to receive the promised items.

Excellent service and installation by Peter from Southampton. Quick removal and install, very good finish, and very today. Good overview of how it all works including in the event of a power cut

All the team from ordering to install the guys arrived on time with a courtesy phone call to say what time will be arriving uninstall the old door and disposed of old one new one was installed and demonstrated how to use great guys would highly recommend this company

My garage door is broken. I asked for a visit from the engineer. I was given a date two weeks hence. The door fixers did not turn up and neither did they call to tell me. I was called by somebody else who apologised and guaranteed that somebody would come four days later to fix my door. They did not come and they did not call. I care for my mother who has alzheimer's disease so I have to arrange cover. It distresses my mother. BDRW know my mother is ill yet they keep behaving horrifically. I cannot urge you enough to NOT purchase a door from this company.

Excellent from placing the order to installation, could not recommend highly enough. Helpful, polite and friendly staff and installation engineer. Fantastic product with a professional finish. Simple to operate and provided with two remote controls. Could not have been simpler and even though I am picky I could not think of anything that could be improved on, excellent service and value for money.

Wow what an amazing company i cannot fault them, from start to finish they were nothing but helpful. A very professional company that go above and beyond. I am very happy with my door and would highly recommend.

My new roller door was fitted quickly with little fuss and all debris was taken leaving the site clean. The door fits well, operates smoothly and has given me more space inside.
The fitter explained the controls and safety features before leaving.

Two doors fitted, one needed attention after about 2-3 months. Fitter came and fixed. After 14 months parts started falling out of the mechanism and has now failed.
Contacted Rolling Door concepts who told me that it is out of warranty so go away. Service terrible. The other door is now making a similar noise and I suspect will fail. They are only used 2 or 3 times per week. If the doors only last such a short time my recommendation is not to use them.

I have purchased 6 doors from these guys now and they have never let me down.. The process from start to finish has always been second to none.. Workmanship has always been carried out to a high standard, really can't fault these guys

A first class experience from ordering to fitting at a good price. In the current market it’s not easy to know who to trust when ordering from an advertisement. I however felt totally confident in the person I spoke to, he even rang me back with an updated reduced price and some free additional extras. I was given a convenient fitting date within days of ordering. The two fitters arrived on time and completed the work explaining what steps they would take to ensure a neat and tidy outcome. They were both polite and friendly, and didn’t rush the job. I was so pleased I chose RDC. An excellent company to do business with. I would definitely recommend RDC

From originally dealing with Matt, ordering it in March, then having it fitted in June, everything was excellent.
The fitter, Andrius, was brilliant. Very friendly, ever so clean and tidy, he even brought his own black bags for rubbish. He ran through the operation of the door too, couldn't fault him.
Highly recommended!

Door installed in December,was installed incorrectly ( paint rubbing off on half of the slats,still faulty 5 missed appointments and no after care ,unable to give zero stars
