Excellent opportunities always awaiting at RCZ bike shop, for the amateur and the professional bike builder alike.
I have been trading with them for 8 years now and in the long run they have always been satisfactory. Mondial Relay pick-up points are convenient and reliable for delivery, related to local business and if not the fastest, at least an affordable price point. Packaging is always excellent at RCZ´s deliveries.

It is true their private sales pre-orders waiting times can be longer and availability somewhat riskier, but on the rare occasions products would not be available due to failing providers, customer service has always processed refunds promptly.

I have bought many times in rcz bikeshop, always good offers that arrives at the date expected. Is funny to keep checking the web because many times iI find something interesting for me! I recomend it!

Hi all, I've been buying stuff from RCZ for about 9 months. If you are ready to accept longer delivery times (sometimes a month, sometimes more than 2) the prices are awesome. Yes there are delays (also getting refunds processed) however their business model seems to be based on being lean and giving great deals, which means we as customers need to be patient. So far i've brought wheelsets, forks, helmets and cranks and yes I had to cancel 2 orders (both cases forks so not peanuts) but in both cases i got my money refunded via paypal within about 2-3 weeks. I'm really happy with the fact they can't do stuff ASAP as the deals are great, their stuff are friendly and helpful, and so far delivery is reliable and well packaged. If you want instant customer service and 1 week delivery this is not the place for you so please don't complain, understand how they work and enjoy the benefits.
