They are very very slow when it comes to transfering money. Also, choose another bank much higher interest

I note all negative reviews, except a piece of marketing "puff", extolling the virtues of these charlatans. I used them for car finance and the experience was poor from get go. They misused my personal data to try to "up-sell" me, despite my preferences for no further marketing, and said that it was "unfortunate". At the time I closed my contract, they were £5000 down on projected car valuation, so attempted to extract their pound of flesh by rigging the final inspection and finding fault with professional repairs to a few scratches. Cheating French basxxrds! Do not touch them for finance!

They have mismanaged a DirectDebit and are attempting to blame me. Very poor customer service and they appear to be struggling to sort problem out.

Absolutely rubbish advise in whether to or not to complete the Nissan private lease contract. Looking back, they gave a partial advise for final costs and give the costumer the blam afterwards. Now it costs me more money. NOT costumer oriented!!

Sadly, I have had very with them and not desrve even one star. Initial dedicated Manager keeps requesting investments without demonstrating correct profit for some period of time, take some profit out for few times, or won't let you take a break to observe how the system functions, and also promised the risk is only 20% of what I deposit. But subsequently, both he and his assistant vanished. My entire investment plummeted from more than XXXX USD to almost 100 USD. With the new manager done nothing to loose the funds. I was later informed that I had no insurance. I'm still unclear about the only 20% Risk( Initial manager who allocated said 80% safe even we loose but it is not true). I recorded some chats and screen photos for proof. Also calling from different +44 numbers. Please be careful espicially new comers.

Absolutely disgusting company. Charging 700€+ to pay off today because i need to sell my car because i need the money (in the middle of a pandemic) instead of the amount I would have paid had I just carried on. I am still paying all the interest but an EXTRA 700€. DISGUSTING

I have been on the phone several times today for 60plus... each time, I understand this because of the current climate, however ... the customer service I have just received is absolutely disgusting! The agent actually shouted at me when trying to describe a very distressing situation. I am outraged! I spoke to someone on the 23rd March and there are no notes of this and the agent called me a liar... after 60 mins just now they have cut me off! I have been with this company for nearly 5 years and I have had nothing but problems! If I could afford to pay this off and be free of them I would be, but I’m completely stuck!!!! At this moment ..... I’m still no further forward and feeling very frustrated and upset that after hours of speaking to people they’ve just cut me off! I was only ringing to make a payment for a payment plan which I can’t do online because it will only take a set amount!!!! Disgusting!!!!

Absolute disgrace of a company!! Been through circumstances however this company looks to kick customers whilst they are down. "Harry", agent, was very heartless and did not care about ones concerns. Do not approach this company....they will use you and spit you out in a second!!!!!!

Been sent a link to register online to the finance agreement. The link doesn't work. Two phone calls to customer services have not resulted in a promised return call to rectify and three emails to customer services have not been responded too either. Appalling customer service and does not inspire any sort of confidence in their services.
