This is a minor thing, but I ordered an FPV controller, and additionally ordered the batteries. The battery had a photo of 2 batteries, and it was what was recommended with the FPV controller. So, I happily ordered them.

I only however received 1 battery. It's really not obvious that only 1 battery would be given and not two. The images really should match it.

But you know, okay fine, then I called them up, a rude man answered and basically said - "you're stupid, no one else has had this problem. You should be able to understand that photos are misleading". Wow. Thanks.

I've been purchasing regularly all parts that one could get for building a drone for almost half a year now.
I havent had any issues what so ever. Items come in time and i believe they have the best prices in Europe .
One time i had a faulty item which i raised with them via email and they replaced it with no extra cost.
Am a happy returning costumer , keep it up guys!

I should have listened more to the reviews here. They did not live up to the agreement, wanted more money, came with false excuses, had an inadequate communication and canceled my order. I lost time and money.
