Even though they do claim this on various webpages it is easy to fall for offers that mention Robux / Roblox and buy RBXgold gift cards instead of Roblox gift cards. The whole site is a gambling site that officially claims that only 18years can participate but there is absolutely no check. When asking for account closure they claim they cannot do that only a self ban. This seems very fishy as according to Article 17 of the GDPR individuals have the right to have personal data erased. Email is personal information...

I've tried to explain my issue as clear as day; I didn’t get the item I paid for. Support agent kept going around in circles after having been told what my issue was, only to tell me it’s my fault.

And don't get me started on the sellers! Almost got scammed twice before realizing the sellers are only interested in stealing what's in your wallet. Honestly, it’s a great way to lose a bunch of your real life cash. If you want to waste a bunch of your cash and time for no reason, then this is the place to go!

Also, the ID checks are practically useless when you can just buy gift cards and gamble your cash away that way. However, I don’t think the site operators care quite frankly due to their lack of care.
