I had a really disappointing experience with RB Gates Nationwide. I was dealing with an agent named Nayan, who was extremely unprofessional throughout the process. After confirming an arrangement, he cancelled on me at the very last minute with no proper explanation or attempt to make things right. This caused a huge inconvenience and wasted my time.

I expected a much higher level of professionalism from a company that claims to operate nationwide, but instead I was left frustrated and let down. I definitely wouldn’t recommend RB Gates Nationwide based on this experience.

I would highly recommend RB Gates.. From the very beginning to the very end I received a personal service.. Anil made the sale of my business possible by going through everything in detail and going beyond his means to help complete the sale ..He was more of a brother to me than just an agent and that made it more special .. If you require a personal service from start to finish then look no further than RB Gates.. Simply the best agents in my opinion..

Very professional, friendly and efficient. Moving is always a stressful process however Anil was brilliant and kept us updated on everything. I try to find a tenant for my property and kept coming across problematic tenants.
After talking to RB Gates estate agent I was given up to date advice on the current letting laws. RB Gates organised all certificates ( eg EICR etc). I was told by Anil @ GATES a month ago now that as my Business currently exceeds 10%+ P.A. in rental incomes that he had clients who would be knocking the door down to buy off me at my agreed £55,000 bottom line price....

Most importantly was the fact that I was told that none of his sale fees of £5,000 would be taken from me in advance & that these fees would come from my sale income.....

Then TODAY I get an email saying that infact £1,400 of these fees are NOW required in order to even advertise my sale!!......

If you go to an Estate agents to sell your house does ANYONE pay fees up front?....NO!!

A scam of the highest order!!....

If your looking to sell your house or looking to buy with an agent, RB gates is definitely one of the best around. Anil has become more of a friend then just an estate agent. He’s someone who understands customer service and always puts the customer 1st. Many agents out there are money orientated and that’s all they care about, the sale and commission. I did not have much property knowledge and many would take advantage of this. Anil has always been there to help with guidance on how things work and gave me solid advice in many situations. He’s always been there if needed and for that I’m grateful. Without Him, I may of been making some wrong choices! Any future property that I look at, I will for Sure be using RB gates. My go to place for property! Thanks again for everything. 👍

At first we went with an online based estate agency, it sounded brilliant at first with a one off fee and no commission however after so much interest in the property and viewings we didn’t get any serious buyers. I felt as though they were not chasing up the viewings or doing anything proactively to try and sell the house since they already had the money. I was having to contact the potential buyers myself just to get proper feed back and their thoughts.

Our friend recommended that we try a local estate agent RB gates, so we did. An agent came to our house, took the photos and our house was up within couple of hours. I was amazed on how fast things started to move. RB gates were local and I feel as though they understood the area and was able to pitch the house to potential buyers and soon enough we had real interest in the house and the aunt even attended the viewings. We then had 2 offers come through and they were able to negotiate above the asking price. Thanks to RB gates we sold in 18 days! They kept me updated at all times even after the sale and they were so easy to reach. I would HIGHLY recommend them and wouldn’t use anyone else.

Having sold my home with RB Gates, I wish to state for the record that he was respectful, dignified and a gentleman throughout the whole process.
