This company has caused 4 lots of damage to our property and our neighbours without repairs or apology!

The most severe is a grab lorry dropped a bag of sand and stones over my car! We had even asked the driver if the car needed moving and he confirmed it did not need moving as he had no reason to lift anything over the car. The driver then decided to lift the bag over the car, to which the bag split and the contents fell and smashed onto my windscreen and bonnet. This is clearly evident on my cctv footage and the driver then decided to drive off without telling us.

A week later the driver turned up at my property, attempting to intimidate me and claiming no responsibility over the damage but admitted dropping the bag over the car. No apology was given and he then went on to claim how awful his own company was and he was going to Lose his job! Again all caught on cctv footage.

We’re now 3 weeks down since the incident, the complaints department (with the most unprofessional and rude woman) actually laughed on the phone and claimed it was our fault the driver dropped the contents. Actually no words.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Do not use this company, from the drivers to the office staff - rude and incompetent. Don’t waste your money, you’ve been warned!

Chilton Skips have supported Harwell & Hendred Youth FC by providing a skip for us to use at our annual six a side football tournament for the past 2 years and are supporting us again this year. Havingg used many grab and skip providers from numerous companies, Raymond Brown are in my opion second to none.

Their main selling point is their drivers. helpful, co-operative and tidy. All of them conduct themselves in a workman like manner which is more than can be said for some of their counter parts from other companies that i have experienced in the lasty ten years of business
