Never received my item. Ordered on 17/12/2022. Still waiting ….. don’t order from this company asked for updates many times and no response what a waste of money!!!

I’m getting no response in what’s going on with my item I still haven’t got you was suppose to chase up why I’m getting dhl ringing me and emailing me to pay pay a custom fee they have gave me a direct number to contact them that Iv passed over to your selfs it’s been almost 4 weeks now

The products is amazing especially the pink duo bristle brush - it literally brushes your hair in one brush ! Defo would recommend this!

I ordered quantity x3 and recieved only 1. The receipt inside the package says quantity = 3 but the shipping says 1 piece which is all I recieved. What am I supposed to do with a third of the hair I ordered? I also paid so much duty on it because its international shipping. I'm so angry I could cry. This is ridiculous unless it was packaged by a chimpanzee. Very annoying.

I ordered lots of accessories and I LOVE them!
The shipping was fast and the products look exactly the same as shown on the website!

I still haven’t received my items yet when ordering said delivery would be 18th August this was a present for my Daughter birthday on the 19th August which has now gone and still no item

If there was a 0 that's what I'd give I've ordered over 4 weeks ago and still not received

To be completely honest, i placed my order for a wedding and some problems occurred with the shipment but with the amazing team from Razzle Dazzle specifically Victoria i managed to get the perfect set of high quality extensions that match my blonde hair perfectly with a beautiful compensation on their part. So i am very thankful and highly recommend the brand.

Have been waiting 2 weeks and still not here emailed and no ones got back to me!

Never recieved the product! No Customer serivce after they have your money. I had help from their team when I was thinking to order but as soon as I had and was trying to track down my order which I have been waiting for than 4 weeks for. Their delivery on the website states 1-4 working days but the delivery company still have not been given anything to deliver! Absolute scam, I'm getting my money back, and worst of all this was for my wedding so this has created incredible stress for me.

Haven’t received my item I believe that it may have been accidentally delivered to the wrong address?? I’ve emailed and never received a reply.

Didnt receive my order waiting 3 weeks still nothing and when your email them they dont answer service awful

Ordered from the UK and never received my parcel, still trying to get hold of them (nobody in support has replied to my many messages).

Hoping to get a refund through PayPal, would never order with them again.

I still haven't received anything and it's been nearly 2 weeks

Love love love my new extensions! The colour match was spot on and communication was so fast. Answered all my questions and were so helpful. They are amazing quality and so easy to clip in. No pulling on my hair either and everything stays secure all day. So many compliments and everyone thinks it’s my real natural hair! Best decision ever buying my extensions through Razzl Dazzl, I can’t thank you enough for making me feel so beautiful and transforming my hair so easily. Would recommend to anyone.

Wen heat of only 150 degrees is applied there is evidence of some synthetic strands as it melts into black plastic on the straighners.
Update: I left this review in March, it took until nearly September for a reply asking for a photo??!!!

I have emailed Razzl Dazzl and no response,as I can't wear my extensions straight they are shockingly different lengths one side is longer than the other,the hair and thickness is good but I can't do anything with them due to not even been a straight length.Not cheap product so not impressed.I expect a response real soon as definitely alot of money to loose if I can't use them

After having bonds fitted I was a bit reluctant to try more extensions as I had some slight damage. Razzl Dazzl allow em to still have my long locks and be able to take them out and give my natural hair a break. The quality is great and the selection of colours is fantastic. I cannot recommend them enough. I can now gym as much as I want through the week and still have my long locks ready for evenings or weekends out with the girls.

This company has completely ignored all my messages, I feel like I may as well have thrown £150 in the bin! Sadly I would avoid this company as they only seem interested in taking your money. Gutted 😞
