30-day return period, and it has been 12 days, 3 reminders later, and still no reply. Need to do better. not even an acknowledgement.- no reply.

I love their headphones. I've been buying them for years, different styles for different uses. I had one faulty pair and the process to utilize the warranty was quick and easy.

They went beyond my expectations and sent me another product because mine broke.they were absolutely amazing

I love Raycons. I have had 2 pair and they lasted me over 2 years over. About 2 years per pair. The quality of sound they play, the battery life, and the more affordability compared to other big brand companies is outstanding. Truly a good pair of headphones to buy.

I had problem with some ear buds. Got in touch with support. They responded very quickly in the most satisfactory way. My problem was resolved. Thank you Raycon

Good, not great. Is all I can say. I bought my fitness with a 20 procent discount. A reasonable pricetag bit TBH. They should've started with this pricetag. My right earbud has a "distant sound" like I hear everything through a movie like when someone hears a phone call but with better quality. They pride themselves on the quick change features for the EQ but they have a sliiiiight difference at best. Will not buy ever again. They must pay YouTubers great since it's from there I've heard about them but save what you already have, pay another 100$ and you will have high end quality earbuds from any other brand

The response from the Raycon team was quick, efficient, polite and friendly. My problem was quickly resolved with replacement earbuds being rapidly shipped as soon as I sent photos of the problem.
Jordan, who helped me, was polite, efficient and helpful.
There was no quibbling over the reason for the failure or the need to replace the items.
This was first class customer service.

I love my Raycon Everyday Earbuds! They have excellent sound and battery life. I had to contact customer service and they were so friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend Raycon.

i got the pro elite earbuds but they suck and the no app thing sucks

The right earbud on the everyday classic is significantly quieter i did all the steps for reset and cleaning an charging. Nothing worked. Many forums are all saying they had the same issue as me. So raycon is knowingly selling bogus products. Trash

They were very quick to answer my questions, help me send them back and send my new pair to me! I have enjoyed my experience with Raycon and all the help they have provided during this process!

I contacted the support team due to problems with their product. They responded immediately with tips to solve the problems with the warranted product, when that didn't solve the problem they decided to replace the product. The team has been efficient, decisive and effective. Thank you for a pleasant experience Raycon!

Excellent customer service, will return.

Bought a pair of bone conduction headphones from raycon. They sound like crap. They aren’t comfortable. That’s just the half of the problem. I bought them on a Friday morning. Early, I bought them at 5am Friday morning. I paid for expedited delivery. It costed me an extra 15$. The website told me I’d receive them feb 2nd. I got them Feb 4th. If I’d known that I’d saved the 15$. So I contacted customer to get this fixed. Instead of just giving me the 15$ back and putting up a clear notice. That orders on fridays won’t ship till Monday. They’d rather just hide behind their technicalities. Won’t be buying from these people anymore.

Would give 0 stars if I could. The Raycon Website prevents customers from leaving reviews. I bought the bone conducting headphones and trusted the company's advertisements.
The headphone are terrible for the following reasons:
1) sound quality and volume is terrible, my music was barely audible at the gym at full volume.
2) They are very stiff and don't fit a normal persons head.
3) The charger is incredibly flimsy and finicky to get charging.
4) They are way to overpriced for the quality and fit

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY
