This company has the worst customer service and returning policy. On top of that they lie to keep you hinged to the order.
I don’t recommend.

Rawfood?
Not really. Raw Support? Apparently.
I was on this good site, ordering quite a few things, but after having received, I am suddenly now getting in doubt.
I bought Cocoa. It said, on the package, 11% fat, which I thought was a specification of the fat content, not a processing information.
Because: The name of this shop is "Rawfoodshop" - and therefore, I assumed, that what they sell, is raw food. That is - without industrial processing.
That, indeed, may be my mistake to assume that a shop who has the name: "Rawfoodshop" in fact sells - well - Raw Food ??
However. The story goes this way here: I buy 5 kilogram of it, as I had no idea about that I would be in for a surprise.
I started using the cocoa, but paid attention to a particular faint, faded taste, and also even peculiar, amongst the cocoa, rarely found - actually very rarely - but - something resembling sand, silica, maybe more like sandstone, not sure. Something which gives a crunch-feeling when chewed, as if one is chewing this kind of sand which is not stone, but - sandstone...
Well. Then my stomach also gets slightly upset by that cocoa, and I am not used to that, either. Surely, it cannot be Rawfoodshop's responsibility if my stomach gets upset.
Never the less, back to the 11% mark. By coincidence, I asked ChatGPT about the calories in Cocoa-powder, and it tells me that cocoa-powder is processed. It undergoes an industrial processing separating the cocoa-mass-fat from the cocoa-powder.
Furthermore I am being told that often some alkaline ingredient is used to adjust the pH value.
Again - then it is not raw food anymore.
Well. I wrote to the good company - and I have not yet got any response, except that "They are very busy right now, so they will respond soon" - while - I have received several advertisement emails from them between the time I wrote to them and now.
Well. One of their advertisement emails now contained Coconut oil - an offer of 50% discount on that. But now it trigged me again - they wrote that they have removed the smell of coconut from that oil.
Again - this is an industrialized process - not a natural, raw food, for instance cold presse.
The epitomy of my experience was, that they apparently - of all shops - are selling this product in a plastic jar !!! Everywhere else we buy it in glasses - but not in the raw food shop - there it is in a plastic jar.
And what we know of plastic is, that it is not the very best for food.
However - who cares about this, as the raw food shop does apparently sell products which are not raw food - so why not put the oily things into plastic jars - after all - what does anything actually matter when one does not care?
So - while my interpretations of what is raw and not raw surely must be my own cross to bear - surely - you cannot have a shop announcing raw food, selling things which are more or less heavily industrially processed. I think its called "An oxymoron".
I have bought other products which are natural - like Almonds etc., - and these appear good - but now comes the 1 million dollar question - if the rawfoodshop does not solely sell raw food - that is - one cannot trust their name - like a sort of green-washing - then can we trust when they call their food Organic or Biodynamic - or can we trust that their products are free of pesticides or herbicides or other cides?
Anyone here who can help telling me how one tests for herbicides and pesticides? Maybe we should set up a private organisation of consumers, who would take up on themselves, to do random tests of products in the market - for pesticides, herbicides and such things - because - wow - apparently one can setup any shop with any name - promising a particular quality on one's product - but who the heck says that what they say is the truth?
Sincerely
David Svarrer

You could benefit from responding to your emails. We can take all the steps from there.
The occurrence of something "crunchy" in the cocoa is a very little occurrence, as said.
The industrial processing versus raw food of your products must be labelled clearly.
I would like to return the cocoa products.
I would like to know how we can know that products which you claim are organic, are really organic? Who is your quality controller ?
Well - please take this dialogue with us via a normal email, so that we can get to the bottom of this.
Sincerely
David Svarrer

“Our 1 kg bag of almonds was extremely dry because the zip-lock packaging had been punctured before delivery from the storehouse.
They decided to send the product anyway even though the almonds were clearly dried out.” (the bag is transparent)
We also bought some raw cacao, wery dry. We hoped for some smooth cacao mass in blocks. In the bag there was only smaller pieces rest was cacao dust.
Delivery was slow. But the Organic style is great.
God bless you Rawfood. Hope for a better experience if I order again to Denmark.

Really awful customer service and low quality products in cheap not so ´rawfood` friendly plastic packaging. I tried to cxl my order the same day i had ordered and was threatened to pick it up or pay several extra fees as they had already packed. They made sure that you cant contact them by phone so you cant have any questions that needs answering urgently. Cheap low quality products..Clever name. Dont fall for it.

Overall really bad customer experience. Tried to contact the customer service. Met with slow response and without any desire to handle my concerns. I - for one - is not buying from this company again.

I placed an order 4 days ago and it still hasn't been shipped. Because of this, I will never come back here
It says 3-6 days, but with weekends I realized it could take up to 10 days and this is unacceptable!
