Last I bought the car was not written all damage ...engine was juddering and they didn't mention nothing...

I’ve bought a good few vehicles and bikes from Shildon branch and to be honest I’ve made more money flipping cars bought there rather than at BCA . My only few gripes is the use of the forklift and a lot of the vehicles have had splashes of concrete on them due to the building work going on there . Also not all the vehicles are sold on behalf of the police which it states in the listing which is a bit of false advertising which they need to sort before someone mentions it to trading standards.

Last few cars have all had major faults that could easily have been picked up via the basic checks done.

Water leaks
Over heating
Power steering fluid leaks
Bodywork damage undisclosed
Getting to the point where I think it’s being done on purpose. Don’t think we will be using this auction much longer

All very straight forward...when I had a inquiry got back to me rhe same day .

It said the car starts and drives it didn't drive as rear Controle arm snapped also said the car had a logbook it didn't I'm not happy with this one if Im honest
The lot I'm referring to is 326620 chrysler 300c crd srt the account wasn't suspended at the time I collected and I believe that you mentioning my account status is against data protection my account status should never be public knowledge and should always be treated with high confidentiality

I’ve used Raw2k numerous times to buy off road bikes and electric bikes , positive experience, members of staff are brilliant at the depot. They are quick to respond with emails as well

After winning lot no 325824 I paid raw straight away as always. Only to be told the car was on hold from gbe recovery, 4 days later it was finally able to be sold to me. The lad did say the storage charges wouldn’t be applied. Upon arranging a time to collect my driver gets there and was made to wait around for nearly 2 hours. And to finally take the piss,gbe recovery said I have to pay a loading fee. Even though it was clearly stated in the auction terms that the fee was included in the final invoice. Raised this with raw. They say to contact gbe. But I’m not buying from gbe I’m buying from raw. Raw don’t want to do anything about it. So just beware if bidding on items from Birmingham gbe as you will have extra charges. 🤬. Now having to wait 31 days so I can have a face to face meeting about the loading fee. After raw gave my refund to there clients instead of me. Somehow the emails was “confusing” so they are still refusing to pay me. I will be posting all the emails from both sides in order. To show what sort of crap I have had to deal with over £40

Bought a vehicle from Raw2k auction from a client: GBE recovery in Birmingham and a total joke of a company as they pulled out of the deal on 2 occasions!!! Purchased from Raw2k auction many times and never had any other issues. I had to consult my bank to get a refund on the second occasion, as my emails were ignored and no email was received on 17/03/26!! I had sent several emails but had no response!!

Good easy service, good communication will definitely buy from again
