I would not recommend ordering from RAVN RAVN
I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering from RAVN RAVN.
I received a faulty dress with several defects and contacted them to make a complaint. What should have been a straightforward refund turned into weeks of repeatedly having to follow up.
It took three weeks of chasing them before I finally received the refund for the dress. Now, a month later, I am still waiting to be reimbursed for the return shipping, even though I only had to return the dress because it arrived faulty…
The most disappointing part is not that I received a defective item, because mistakes can happen. It is how the situation has been handled afterwards. As a customer, I should not have to spend weeks chasing a company to get my money back for an item that arrived defective
Based on my experience, I would not order from RAVN RAVN again, and I would recommend others think twice before ordering, especially considering how difficult it has been to resolve a complaint when something goes wrong…
