Today’s salary hike session was very informative and insightful. I learned how skills help establish expertise in the market, positioning increases demand, and perception defines value. The difference between ordinary professionals and salary hike multipliers, along with skill gaps, technical functions, strategic advantage, and market demand–supply, was clearly explained.
