ANOTHER SCAM COMPANY LOCATED IN ASIA!

I should have researched this company before I ordered their "Survivor Straw Water Purefier", as it is another made in Asia product. They list their address as an address in Florida, but the tracking told me that it came from Asia. VERY MISLEADING! :( When I discovered that it is made in Asia, I emailed them to request instructions on how to return this product for a refund as stipulated in their 15 day requirement. I told them the reason why I want to return it & that I have not even opened it. To date, they have not bothered to reply, so I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE & THEY ARE LOCATED IN ASIA! ;(
