As most users have explained, their system is broken. I was asked to create an account, then they mentioned I need to fill a form. Once form was filled, I was offered to book a call. When I showed up, it had me waiting but no-one joined. I got a message from one of their reps on WhatsApp saying we cannot serve you if you are outside EU.

The decision to work with a business in an open market is your choice. No hard feelings. But it should be communicated earlier. Not after you've been waiting for the meeting to start.

I have been with Rauva for 2 years. There was an issue whereby the VAT return was not submitted properly due to a technical issue on their side, but they followed a robust resolution procedure to assure me that it would not reoccur.

The app allows you to streamline your documents turnaround with the accountants, so it’s much easier then without it. The app could be improved in terms of features and UX (like, I’d want to see all my income for a quarter or a year). The accountants team is great, very responsive and helpful, making the decisions in your interest, I am very grateful!
