Very poor aftersales

Ordered table and chairs via Groupon from OUR BUSINESS that has rattrix as the aftersales contact. The packages arrived quickly, but one part was damaged. I emailed them and also raised a Groupon ticket. At first rattrix claimed they couldn't find my order, then told me the warehouse was out of stock and asked me to wait (although they are still selling on groupon ). I have now been told that the part is in stock and was being sent, but a week later it still hasn't arrived. I do not believe them anymore.

Not as bad as people make out

I bought a BBQ from Wowcher which came from Rattrix. There was some damage due to the delivery and before I approached their customer services I paid Trustpilot a visit to see what was in store for me. There were quite a few poor reviews which gave me cause for concern.

However, these reviews do not reflect the experience I ultimately had. All my emails were responded to within 24hrs. There may have been a slight delay due to timezone differences, but we did have a dialogue.

They offered to replace the damaged parts but I wanted to return the item for a refund - to which they agreed and scheduled a courier. A couple of weeks later I have received my refund via Wowcher. Worth noting that I did give Wowcher a nudge directly with proof of email that the refund had been agreed by Rattrix - and then things moved quickly.

So I would say in my case they did their best to resolve and I am happy with the result - which might hopefully give others confidence. Certainly not cowboys.

My advice to Rattrix would be to invest in local support resources to help speed up responses and also provide a name of the CS rep in the signature of emails - hence marking down a star.

Awful quality, non existent after sales service.

I bought a Rattrix large, white, wooden radiator cover off Wowcher, it was about a third of the usual RRP and was still a huge ripoff. Terrible quality, awful smell, dirty, the thing practically fell apart as soon as I'd finished assembling it. I contacted Rattrix 'after sales service' and several months later I still haven't received a reply.
I feel sorry for anyone who would pay full price for this rubbish.

Don’t order from them

Bought a mattress through wowcher thought it was coming from somewhere else. Box has king size measurement on it but when opening and putting it on the bed doesn’t fit. Emailed them to be told the right item was delivered I sent a pick with measurement of the mattress I took and it clearly measure less. Don’t order from them. Emails come through early in the morning then have to wait ages for a response shocking customer service.

I'd of gave this 0 stars if it was…

I'd of gave this 0 stars if it was possible. I order garden furniture from this company. They delivered it when noone was home and left it on my front drive way where it was very visible to the public. I got home from work and my items were missing. The company is ignoring my emails and I'm now out of pocket with no items. Absolutely appalling company! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!

Avoid

Bought garden furniture which arrived with bits missing and poor quality. Thought I'd bought it from The Range but apparently its from these guys. Almost 2 months on and I'm still waiting for them to issue my refund and collect their rubbish. Small claims court here I come.

Great furniture - but patience may be required

The initial deliveries (2 of) arrived very quickly. When it came to assembling the furniture 3 of the parts were labelled incorrectly and were actually duplicates of a different part - so I was unable to put the furniture together for a month or so. I was starting to think that the issue would not be resolved but the correct parts did eventually arrive.

The furniture is beautiful and exactly as advertised - when the correct pieces finally arrived.
The aftersales team were not unhelpful as such but it did get a little frustrating having to converse at the rate of one email a day, owing to the different time zones in place.
As long as you have the patience to deal with any problems in this way, then I can recommend the company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY (directly or through OnBuy or Wowcher)

I ordered a treadmill back in January from this company through OnBuy.com and I paid through Paypal.
Upon unboxing the product & using it for the first time, I was very pleased with it and was very impressed! I read the instructions so I made sure the belt was lubricated & properly aligned before use. HOWEVER, 5 days after receiving the product, it started to make these awful loud noises (it sounded as if the belt was running through sandpaper) and bearing in mind, I was only using this treadmill for walking workouts to get my steps in, so nothing crazy! I turned the treadmill over and the motor had actually worn through the plastic case on the bottom of the treadmill. I sent them an email with a video of the noise & pictures of the motor worn through the plastic cover. They came back to me and advised that the plastic cover is actually faulty as they had 'checked with their supplier' so we agreed for them to send me a new plastic cover to attach to the treadmill and they advised it would take 7-10 days to arrive as it was being dispatched from China.
Once the new part arrived, I was feeling positive and I had attached the new plastic cover onto the treadmill, and within 2 uses the motor was just burning through the plastic cover again. I sent them another email with pictures and demanded a refund as it was clear the product was just rubbish quality.
They replied and offered me a full refund or a replacement, so I opted for the full refund. They then arranged for a courier to collect the treadmill the following week, I had asked them to send me a new box to return the treadmill in (because of course I had recycled the box after receiving the treadmill as I didn't expect for there to be so many problems) to which they told me I had to source my own box & padding to return the treadmill in which was pretty annoying. The courier then collected the parcel on 19th April, and with the tracking number I could see that they received my parcel on the 26th April. By 11th May, I still hadn't received my refund so I contacted them asking when the refund will be processed as it has been over 2 weeks since they received it. They responded on 12th May stating the refund has been submitted and it will take a 'few days' to process. By the 20th May, I still hadn't received my refund (they had received my return over 3 weeks ago at this point & told me 9 days prior that it will be a 'few days' for the refund to appear) So at this point I was pretty frustrated and sent them at an email stating that if they money isn't refunded by 21st May then I will be opening a dispute against them with Paypal (my payment method) to which they then processed the refund first thing on the 21st May - what a coincidence!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I bought this product at the end of January and had problems with my order after 5 days and it has taken til 21st May for this to all be resolved!!!

Rattrix - garbage service…

I brought some bar stool chairs which literally fell apart after a few weeks use. I contacted Rattray who simply ignored my request for help and have continued to despite several emails. Shocking service

Rattix UK do not purchase from this dishonest company.

Rattix UK said they have responded via email, I have checked, even my spam and they have not. Still no response from Gogroopie either. Very disappointed with the way they are handling things.

I was very sceptical after I had…

I was very sceptical after I had ordered my furniture from wowcher and read reviews but I can honestly say my furniture arrived in 2 deliveries one day apart and is beautiful and it was 12 days earlier than I expected...well done Rattrix I am very happy with my furniture

I bought a 5 seater corner sofa with…

I bought a 5 seater corner sofa with coffee table from rattrix. Despite several emails to advise no instructions or fittings were in the packages I have had no reply from aftersales service. Please provide a telephone number rattrix.. Your customer services is appalling. I need a copy of the instructions showing tools and fittings required in order to build my furniture. I'd appreciate a response with full instructions please. Disappointed with your service.

9 piece Rattan furniture set

Received a 9 piece Rattan furniture set, It came within a couple of days of ordering in 2 parts table on the first delivery Chairs and stools on the 2nd delivery, there was a small scratch on the table glass and 2 of the stool pads were not received, I emailed the company and they have resolved this by giving me a £60.00 refund so that I can buy replacements not ideal but I feel they did the best they could, the furniture so far is lovely.

Do NOT purchase anything from Rattix UK

Do NOT purchase anything from this company, save your money and shop elsewhere, I bought a Solar powered parasol, both the parasol and base were delivered minus the solar panel. They asked for pictures which their website rejects, I sent about 7 their is only 3 in the chain of emails, I dont know if they expected to see the missing part in the pictures. They asked me to contact the parcel delivery company, as if they could somehow magically find the missing part of their product. I am now contacting gogroopie to see if I can get a full refund. So sad, as other than the missing solar panel the parasol itself and the base seem to be really good quality, but after reading the reviews here who knows if it would have worked even with the solar panel.

Wish I had read these reviews before. I ordered a £600 9 piece rattan table and chairs and stools from Wowcher and today I have received one box with half a chair, 3 stools and 3 metal bars and no table, remaining chairs or stools or cushions.

Wowcher is an automated service telling me to contact Rattrix and Rattrix have no contact number only email.

I want this resolved immediately and am contacting trading standards

Bought a tredmill through Wowcher from…

Bought a tredmill through Wowcher from this company soon as I took it out the box and plugged it in it wasn’t moving and giving off a burning smell. A million emails later they finally reply and say they will pick up and refund me. Twice now a courier has meant to come and didn’t show. Each time they send the same email our records show it’s been picked up please advise. No it’s not it’s still in the box in my hallway where it’s been for the last 6 weeks . No numbers to call anyone and Wowcher are not a bit of help can’t seem to talk to a real person. Absolutely palming me off week after week. Disgusting company and customer service wish I would of seen these reviews before hand

Missing Items!!!

We ordered 8-Seater Rattan Cube Furniture Dining Set - Black and only two boxes arrived. No glass for the table, no table, only two cushions, not all the chairs arrived. Best of all no bolts, screw or instructions on how to put the items together!!!!

Emailed them asking about the remaining items but am still waiting to hear back.
