Turned up for delivery at 6am without…

Turned up for delivery at 6am without any warning.
Woke up the whole family and neighbourhood.
It doesnt matter how good the furniture is, this is just unreasonable.
When we complained we were ignored and have had no apology, explanation or response from the company at all.

I wish I could rate this minus stars!!

I’ve never had such a terrible experience, I purchased garden furniture in September 2025 promising delivery and constant emails and excuses. In the end I asked for my money back, to be ignored and next thing a delivery driver is calling me to say he has garden furniture to deliver, I’m away and refuse delivery, he dumps it on my drive, blocking my neighbours driveway. We come home to a fire pit that is all smashed glass everywhere! Still no refund and chasing for someone to collect asap! This takes a few weeks, they take the table back and refund half the money, promising they have sent the rest and will take 10 days to process! This has been going on since Jan 2026 and still owed £600. I have chased and chased speaking to someone called Lewis who keeps on sending me screenshots of a so called refund, this has never credited my account. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID! I am taking this to trading standards, and in the process of Small claims court, why should they have my £600 ? That’s a lot of money and mine. The whole 6 month ongoing experience has been so stressful. I really hope the company get looked into and shut down, robbing innocent people of their hard earned cash, is disgraceful.

There is 2 review site on trust pilot for this company if you look

Shocking service, I purchased a set of garden Furniture in October which should have been delivered within 21 days..

I’ve chased and chased this order, every single time I’ve emailed I’ve had New dates every excuse,one excuse Just an up date on the Container with your sets on, its been transhipped which basically means instead of coming into Felixstowe its gone to Rotterdam first meaning its delayed yet again Even asked for a refund.. But just get told another date thats if i’m lucky..

Been waiting over 2 months and still nothing to show for it. They take payment straight away, when items are not even in stock, not when they are about to be delivered to you.

My credit card company has now refunded me thank goodness I don’t need the hassle keep emailing to keep being told Next week, next month, next year, I will now purchase for else where.

This is a genuine Review what is trying to be taken down why?

Slow Delivery Times

I ordered a set of garden furniture at the beginning of November and delivery was promised in 14 days. It actually took twice that time and I suspect only came when it did because I chased daily and eventually threatened to cancel my order.
Good points: Furniture seems to be sturdy and good quality; value for money is good.
Less positive points: No confirmation email received for my order; delivery is much slower than stated; when delivering they basically dumped it and ran! We had to carry to the rear of the house and dispose of all the packaging and wooden pallets.

Be aware too that they seem to have two profiles here and the reviews are considerably better on one than the other!

I've given them three stars as the quality of the furniture appears good but knocked two stars off for the customer service.

Terrible delivery time

We ordered a rattan cube garden set in early June. Delivery was expected to be around 30 days. It actually arrived in September missing the parasol which arrived last week ( October)It took so long to arrive we haven’t been able to use it this year. Incredibly disappointing.

Good furniture, bad experience

Product was ordered on website advising delivery within 30 days. Despite ordering at the start of June, product arrived late August, and well after the outdoor party we had planned to host. Communication was virtually nonexistent and had to constantly chase for updates which were untrustworthy quality at best. End product is actually ok and looks nice, but the experience did not inspire any confidence whatsoever and we won't be recommending them or using them again.

Product support and communication is poor!!!

I haven’t even managed to place an order because the customer service is so poor. I’ve left multiple messages and had no response at all. They never answer the phone and just keep pushing you towards a chatbot, which sends you round in circles with no real help.

It’s such a shame, as the products look good and are reasonably priced. I suppose that’s the reason they appear good value. But if you’re expecting decent communication or any real support, beware it just isn’t there.

What a fantastic company

What a fantastic company. Bought the ratton day bed recently, it’s beautiful and very good quality. But there was a small issue with the order. They acknowledged and rectified the issue quickly, so I’m left with a good quality product and have had very good customer service. This is the standard all companies should be aiming for. Well done Ratton Warehouse! Will definitely be buying from you again and recommending you to friends.

Disappointed

On the plus side the furniture is lovely.. I placed an order was given a delivery window of 2 weeks.. that never happened I emailed and was given another delivery date that never happened… I emailed yet again and this time I said that I just needed a real date no guesses or I would request my money back and go elsewhere. I was offered a chair upgrade and I accepted and I finally had my delivery.. I ordered and paid for a marble umbrella base I was sent a basic base🤦🏼‍♀️yet again I emailed and was told the correct one would be sent ..brilliant I thought.. my base arrived and it wasn’t my marble base I ordered yet again they sent another basic umbrella base .. I emailed them to say I had lost the will to live and just refund my base money I have heard nothing.. all through it has been me that has had to chase not once have they contacted me first with updates.

Poor customer service

An ex-display item was purchased, so I expected small scuffs on the item. What I did not expect was to receive the glass top broken with shards of glass in the package. Damage happens during shipment so I wasn't concerned, expecting to get it sorted with customer services. However, just to get told you purchased an ex-display item so you should expect this is not acceptable. An insult of £45 received for an item I cannot use. Avoid this company.

Lovely furniture

I was nervous buying such a big item from the internet.
The company kept me informed. The bistro set was delivered on the day they said. It is super comfy.
All in all very pleased. Have already recommended them.

Cube rattan garden set …

I Ordered a garden cube set from Rattan warehouse. I emailed the company about the order and delivery. I received responses very quickly. The staff were all very helpful. Kept me up to date with the delivery date. The furniture was delivered on the date I was expecting it . It’s excellent quality, I am delighted with it .

Ordered on line for the first time

Ordered on line for the first time, bit nervous as hadn’t seen product in person. Bought the curved sofa set for a tricky spot and absolutely thrilled with it. Looks luxurious and feels comfy. Can’t wait to enjoy summer on this. Arrived on time and responded quickly
