We purchased the Barcelona double sun lounger set. Delivery was super quick and delivered within the two hour window we were given. There was a small issue with one of the beds which I emailed Jon about. He responded immediately and replaced the lounger himself within less than 24 hours. Unbelievable customer service!
The loungers are perfect - wide with lovely thick cushions and at a very competitive price.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this company for all your garden furniture needs.

I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience. From day one, the communication has been amazing — clear, friendly, and really reassuring. My item was delivered exactly when promised, and the quality is excellent.

There was a small scratch on my table when it arrived, but I contacted them and within an hour a replacement had already been arranged. That level of aftercare is rare and really shows how much they value their customers.

I was quite anxious about ordering again after a bad experience with another company (my previous order arrived broken twice and I was completely ignored), but this company has completely restored my trust. The service and products are genuinely 10/10.

The Tuscany range is absolutely beautiful and so comfortable. The fire is beautiful and gives off a lovely warmth, the cushions are incredibly comfy, and the frame feels really strong and well made. An added bonus is that you can adjust the height of the seats — which is perfect for my patio as it’s not completely level. All these little extras really make a difference.

We have just enjoyed our first evening on our new corner sofa set, we went for the Tuscany 6 Seater Grey Modular Aluminium Corner Sofa Set with Rising Fire Pit Table, previously we had a wicker type set but wanted something that looked a bit different than many others out there, this delivered both on looks and comfort, the rising table was perfect for last nights snacks, I did think the fire pit may be a bit fiddly and probably never actually use, wrong, last night this was needed and was so relaxing watching the flames flicker. We looked around many garden centres and sat in so many poor quality but looked good sets, this set though is so comfy and well built, a very good price and the service from order to delivery absolutely excellent. Look no further if you want a good quality garden set that comes with a service to match.

The Ibiza sofa we purchased with an ice bucket is a tremendous buy, it is a quality product. This is a very well made set. The weave is consistent, solid, natural in round design and will clearly last a long time. Cushions thick, lovey to sit on. I have looked every where for the right set - i now know the difference between excellent and average and the aluminium frame is top draw with stainless steel ice bucket ready for some cold drinks - roll on easter sun ! So glad i made this decision.

the rattan weave and aluminium frame is good quality and very strong - well made cushions and comfortable Goes very well with the table which is a great size for the family.

Everything arrived at the same time- cushions, parasol, base and rain cover — which other companies were charging extra

The company communicated well and the furniture was packaged properly and easy to undo and use right away

We considered other companies before buying but the Rattan Luxe website was clear and precise. The product looks exactly like the photos

Overall we’re extremely pleased with the purchase and would definitely recommend Rattan Luxe to anyone looking for high quality garden furniture at a fair price

I only wish I could have another set delivered to our house in Spain, because the Spanish furniture is crap compared to this !

This furniture set is on an entirely different level. The aluminium frame is beautifully engineered, the cushions are thick and flawlessly finished, and the fire pit creates a great centrepiece. Delivered quickly, assembled effortlessly, truly the most luxurious outdoor set we've ever owned.

Great company to deal with, good communication and top quality products. The furniture has transformed our garden……if only they could arrange some sunshine ☀️.

Top quality garden furniture, much higher level of materials than the last one i purchased. I made a great choice here ! The fire pit is amazing. Rapid to assemble the few pieces required and delivery on time. A great service start to finish.
