Absolutely amazing bunch of people
Absolutely amazing bunch of people! I've not once had any issue with them, they're always honest on their website when they are experiencing any issues with deliveries etc but still manage to get orders out and delivered in a timely manner.
Honestly, I can't praise them enough for all their hard work and fantastic service! Not to mention a wonderful range of top quality products! My only criticism are the postage costs, but again, something I happily pay for a company that I trust and value.

Wonderful small business
Great little business, who have a huge range of varied stock for rats and lots of other species! Their dry food mixes are top notch, customer service is excellent and dispatch is fast.
We tend to buy large bulk food/treats orders to get the best value on the courier delivery charges. We try to support small businesses, and this is one well worth supporting!

Good company, but a few improvements needed
I’ve ordered from this company several times. Most times the orders have gone well, except for a couple of times they messaged me to say the items weren’t in stock, even though they were on the website!
They package things really well
They never seem to have much stock available, so often have to buy elsewhere
