My experience with Rathbones Tailor could now have gone smoother. The suit was delivered in great quality and when I needed amendments made there were done quickly and in time for the wedding. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to rent a suit!

I am based in the south and was due to attend a wedding in Scotland. I ordered the incorrect size kilt, spoke with Megan in their customer services who sorted a resize AND had this sent to my location in Scotland! AMAZING service and would use again. Ordering was simple, delivery was as described with plenty of updates so you know, to the hour, when to expect delivery.

Incredibly easy to use. Customer service is amazing I ordered the wrong sizes (my fault completely) and they replaced within a day. I needed the suit within a week of ordering, then with the replacements needed, I didn't think I'd make it...but Rathbones sorted me out.

Easy to use, staff on hand via WhatsApp to help with any replacements. Fantastic service.

I had left it quite late in wedding season to secure my rented morning suit but Rathbones service was first class. They spoke through the sizing with me over their business whatsapp to ensure I ordered the correct size and delivered it promptly to my address. I was then travelling away from home before the wedding and they said that any size alterations that may be needed after I had tried it on, they would deliver the replacement items asap to the venue or another address. Fortunately the sizing was spot on so this wasn’t required but the flexibility and service is excellent for the price you pay. The suit was high quality and it was very easy to return it via DPD drop off. Will certainly use again and recommend.

Being able to transact over on-line was a plus but it has its drawbacks. I had trouble getting a shirt and jacket to fit right but in the end with multiple boxes delivered it all worked out. Thank you.

On time delivery and the response and support when something went wrong (i.e. I got the wrong sizes) was amazing. I had a response within an hour and a new jacket the next morning. Would really recommend!

Ordered 2 tuxedos, which came on the specified day with DPD tracking available. One of the jackets was too small, so emailed to which I got a reply promptly to confirm another one had been sent free of charge (just paid additional next day delivery fee)
Came with DPD return note so simple enough to return.
Will be using again.

Tie and handkerchief were missing. Despite numerous attempts to email the “help desk” no one responded. No phone number to call to get help. Terrible customer service.

We would highly recommend Rathbones Tailor for suit rentals. The customer service was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond to meet our needs. They created a bespoke hire package for us based on the items we wanted (tails jackets, waistcoats, ties and hankies), and the items even arrived early, giving us more time to distribute them to our 8 groomsmen before the wedding. The suits were all high-quality, in great condition and fit our groomsmen perfectly. We would definitely use Rathbones Tailor again.

All delivered on time and everything fit the measurements provided. First class service.

I cannot recommend Rathbones Tailor highly enough. The service provided by all members of the team was incredible. I was guided through exactly how the process works with an initial phone call. I then used their try on service to ensure my suit fit perfectly for the big day. My order of 10 suits was handled perfectly with excellent customer service. Some of the suits did not fit perfectly but that was no trouble at all, replacements were sent out the very next day. This was a very stress free process and the quality of suits was amazing. Me and my 9 groomsmen looked so sharp and received many compliments. If you are looking for wedding suits for a grooms party look no further than Rathbones Tailor!
