Great Service!
I ordered a tuxedo for a wedding. The order process was easy and it clearly sets out the arrival date. The jacket I ordered was too large and the customer service team had a new jacket sent to me the next day, great service! The tuxedo was great quality!
I would order from them again!

After a rocky start due to a DPD delivery…
After a rocky start due to a delivery mishap by DPD the day before my event, Rathbones impressively managed to turn the situation around. They expedited a replacement suit that arrived the next morning, ensuring delivery before 10 a.m. The slim fit dinner suit was in impeccable condition and fit perfectly.
The standout at Rathbones was Megan, who went above and beyond to ensure my complete satisfaction. Her efficient communication and follow-up were exemplary. Rathbones excellent and friendly customer service truly made a difference. Highly recommended.

Great service for a Burns Night event
Great service…had another company cancel on me and with three days to my event, Rathbones delivered a crackin’ Charlie jacket and kilt for my burns night. Megan provided amazing customer service all the way through the return!

Good suit - one small issue
Good suit, timely delivery.
Only issue was there was (clean - thankfully) handkerchief in the pocket of the suit from a previous hirer.

The trousers where undersized
The trousers where undersized, could hardly do them up. The shirt was oversized, looked like I was wearing a tent. The tie was too tight and the compaband kept undoing itself.
Very disappointed with the product, service and ease of delivery very good.

As I said on the phone it's a shame the first time we heard from you was via trust pilot. We offer free size swaps on all suits. It would have been a pleasure to send out the next size up in the trousers and probably a slim fit shirt. I've asked for the accessories to be pulled aside when we receive the suit back. Apologies if they were damaged. Of course, we would have sent replacements had we known.
I hope you give us the chance to dress you for your next event. Give us a shout and we'll make sure you look the business. Best of luck for the year ahead.
