Ordered and item, no confirmation received. Tried to contact support ( no respose) tried to log into the account I created (error, doesn't exist) took my money

SCAM SUSPECTED
SCAM SUSPECTED! AVOID! Ordered from here and the item was never posted nor any updates even after release date. Order number did not work on the website and only said delivered instantly after purchasing the pre order. Also the order number bought up a completely random order with no proper details about my order all very suspicious. Reported them to various merchants including shop etc. After reporting was refunded luckily but definitely avoid as very suspicious from my experience.
