I am so delighted to have found a company (via an internet search) who could be so efficient and knowledgeable about their products. I had been looking for years for a replacement motor for a warm air heating system which was installed in the 60's to no avail.
Like so many times before to various other companies, I sent an email with pictures and virtually immediately received a reply with details of the motor. I was away so they kept it until my return. I cannot praise them enough or thank them for their efficiency and help. I would recommend them every single time. Thank you Raptor Supplies. You saved the day.

Raptor have a great selection of products I could not find at a local provider. I had thought it would be shipping from within Australia, but it came from Singapore (I think?) However, the delivery was quick enough that it made little difference, arriving exactly seven days after placing the order. I'll be doing business with Raptor again. Also Starrett's reputation is well deserved and I'm glad Raptor distribute their products.

Excellent communication. A product I ordered wasn't in stock and within 24 hours they notified me and automatically refunded without hassle. Service is top-notch.

Ordered from here and was given a delivery date which they kept to and was very quick and easy great customer service

Website suggests stock that doesn't exist , once the order was placed they claimed the pump was discontinued ( that shouldn't matter because they allegedly had stock) so delays in deliver cost increase ( of course) and the urgent part is now on back order ....never ever again

Small problem with first item received but problem was resolved quickly and new replacement received in a matter of days. Great communication at all times.

I regret to say that my recent experience with Raptor Supplies has been highly disappointing. The items supplied were not in good condition and the packaging was not sea-worthy, which is a significant concern for our operations. Specifically:

Packaging: The packaging was inadequate for sea transportation. The materials used were not durable, Proper, robust packaging is essential to ensure items arrive in good condition.

Service: The service provided has been far from satisfactory. Communication has been sporadic and unresponsive. Issues were not addressed promptly, and there was a lack of transparency throughout the process.

These issues have caused significant disruptions to our operations. We hope that Raptor Supplies will take these concerns seriously and work towards improving their quality control, packaging standards, and overall service. We value reliable suppliers and expect these improvements to avoid future problems.

I was tasked with sourcing a vacuum motor which, although available locally, was quite expensive
