reached out them with my custom pendant idea and ordered a CAD design first. After getting the initial design they updated it with my little changes.
I was not 100% confident about how the experience would be and requested to only pay deposit first and rest payment once they send me a video of finished pendant. All agreed and it's been perfect.
Just the mess is the time, i was supposed to gift that pendant on a date and i've informed them about delivery date but it was missed. The delivery been late by 5 days and that's why i am cutting 1 star.

Sorry men, i know you done your job perfectly but, i missed the date to gift.

I am writing these as the brand reached out and requested me to provide a detailed and exact feedback about my experience and chain quality.

1) The service was extremely helpful, prompt response. cleared all my doubts before the purchase and arranged a video call to see the chain and other stuff they had.
2) The chain was super sexy and amazing, i was looking for a chain from last couple of months with some personalization and they did it the same as i wanted. 100% satisfied
3) I purchased the chain in a special discount and received 5% cashback in my wallet too which i personally liked the most. (almost worth a free pair of studs)
4) Just a bad thing is that i didnt received jewelry certificate with delivery while they committed that. However, i'd already told them and they told that it'll be shipped again saperately in 48 hours. (i hope i get that in time as it's a gift)

in love with my 16mm cuban chain. Just received delivery and i am looking for my birthday to wear it for the first time. It looks great and the moissanite stones are passing diamond tester as they commented.

They told that chain will take 3 weeks to deliver, and offered a slight different option which was available to ship here in USA, i confirmed and got delivery superfast.

All went good, This is my 3rd order with them and i am in love with all. Just placed my another order also.

Trusted? I didn't believed it'll be so much perfect. I got in touch with them on stay before 2 months. The price looked very great but I don't think I trust them. Tried to reach them directly and contacted on whatsapp. Instant replies , showed me everything on video call, even showed me my bracelet before shipping as it was custom made.

Everything was good. I bought from their website rather than stay because I was getting multiple benefits there.

Great pendant. I ordered my custom name pendant in 10k gold with moissanite. Got the deal in perfect prices and everything perfect so far. It's my first purchase but, I'll surely be back.
