I canceled my seedbox two days after purchasing it. It has been 30 days and I still haven't received my refund. Their policy states that if I cancel within 14 days, I am eligible for a refund. However, support has not provided any solution yet

Absolutely atrocious
Absolutely atrocious, horrid service and support, when you first join they're all over you with support, but once through the teething stages you are all on your own, they will leave you hanging for days , even weeks, deplorable, disgusting, brutally cold and inhuman, nothing but a rip off, just leaving things running on fumes, to much ergonomics causing them to lose the human element, looks like the company is suicidal, I will run them down to throngs of people until they are no more, really insane people, lost the plot like their friend Grant from crappboxco, their arrogance will be their downfall, ditto.

The service is basic but very good overall. It would be nice to have automated provisioning of IP blocks, without having to send an email or use the web chat. Being able to change the "org" field on the RIPE side of the blocks we rent would also be useful.
I've been a costumer for about 2 years
I've been a costumer for about 2 years. There's been a number of issues affecting access to my seedbox for the past couple weeks and I'm only JUST NOW (due to contacting support) finding out that it's due to EVERYTHING being down (this should've been an email) and they're not sure if they can even save all the data (again, SHOULD HAVE EMAILED THIS OUT WHEN IT HAPPENED)
I'm on the Stream tier for context (approx $33 a month) This is HORRIBLE service, especially since I'm supposedly PAYING for one of the top tiers, yet apparently they thought it was perfectly okay to just NOT SAY ANYTHING about this going on. (I only got ONE email on friday saying that my server was being migrated, which it STILL HASN'T, and I had to contact support to get the actual story and that I might not even have what was saved on my seedbox anyway) IDK why they thought it'd work out better to just NOT inform users that this was going on, but I'm not sticking with this service. It's WAY too expensive to have it sit unusable and then find out that everything is probably just GONE anyway. (I was using it for streaming stuff that's pretty much unavailable and hard to track down)

Generally a very good experience. The support have been helpful. And the prices, the prices are some of the best for unlimited traffic seedbox. So far(2 months) never had any outages or slow downs.
extremely slow (Premium plan)
I purchased the Stream premium plan. It created a vps for me, all good. But I can't install ANY app onto it. I have rtorrent, and I can't even log in with the username/pass they provided, it keeps asking me for the username/pass again. Same for all the other pre installed apps.
I tried installing flood, and you guessed it, it's not installing, and it's not throwing any errors.
To top it all off, they have a useless AI chatbot that took 10 minutes to forward my request to a human. It's been 7 hours and the human has not replied back.
And yeah, the cherry on top...
Their landing page is looking great, just to grab your card details. Then you are pushed to a panel developed in PHP, it takes 10 SECONDS to change tabs.
Utterly useless. I don't know how they got so many 5 stars.

I'm at a lower tier, so I did expect the wait, but the problem was resolved quickly when they got to me.
NOTE: I also approve of their ISO-8601 date standard.

Very fast and competent support
Very fast and competent support. The tech guys really know what they are doing. Upgrade ticket raised on a Sunday, got responses on the Sunday, and then fully completed Monday morning. Great service, great price, been with them for years. Got my friend to buy his first seedbox over the weekend, and he's enjoying the service too.

I've been using the service for several months. Everything was great. Today, I encountered some difficulties. I contacted support, and they helped me very quickly. They practically didn't require any action from me. Now everything is fine again. I'm happy. I tried different seedboxes in the past, but I decided to stick with this one because I couldn't find anything better. Thank you very much for the high-quality service. I recommend it to everyone!

Ronal was excellent and assisted me with my issue and got me a conclusion very quickly. I appreciate that RS has more than just the AI service as the human side resolved my issue easily. I still appreciated the tech shooting that I was recommended, but it unfortunately did not resolve the issue and the AI lacked what the human side could troubleshoot. Still great service.

Just go for this provider, easy and fast.
Customer support has always been amazing. Pricing is decent, only drawback is upgrading or changing plans, then you need to either move the data yourself, or nuke the data you have and start over. Not a big deal in the whole scheme of things. Customer support also helped me here.
