Stacie at Rapid Office Furniture has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. From my initial enquiry about a reception desk right through to delivery and installation. Her customer service was truly exceptional - 10/10!
She was professional, efficient and always willing to help no matter the question or challenge. We encountered a few minor issues along the way (completely outside of her control), but Stacie handles everything promptly and ensured it was resolved to a very high standard.
I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend Rapid Office Furniture and their products. Our new reception desk and cupboards are excellent quality and look amazing now they are all set up. We are pleased with the end result!

Bespoke Reception Office Furniture
I contacted several companies for bespoke Reception Office furniture and Rapid responded immediately and provided a sketch and quotation. They designed and built the furniture based on specific dimensions taken on site and everything has fitted perfectly. Would definitely recommend Rapid and we will certainly be going to them for other projects. Lee and Stacie are excellent to work with.

Excellent service
Excellent service! I cannot praise Lee, Stacie and the team enough. Our order was bespoke and there were several last minutes requests for changes, which the team happily accommodated. The quality of the furniture is superb and considering our item was bespoke made, the timeframe between order and delivery was fantastic. Would recommend the business to all!

This is a fraudulent company
This is a fraudulent company. They are no longer trading (search on companies house for company 09222470).
They sell sub-standard office furniture and do not accept returns as they are required to by consumer law.
I bought a desk from them - luckily by credit card - but I had to sue Barclaycard for the refund.

Our company continues to trade successfully as Rapid Office Furniture (no longer as a limited company), serving customers throughout the UK with quality office furniture. The fact that we're heading strongly into 2025 with a thriving business and hundreds of satisfied customers each year is testament to our commitment to customer satisfaction and quality service.
Regarding your purchase: You ordered this reception desk as a business customer, with the desk custom-built to your specific measurements during the lockdown period. It's worth noting that business-to-business transactions operate under different regulations than consumer purchases. However, even under consumer law, the standard cooling-off period does not apply to bespoke or made-to-measure furniture, as such items are specifically manufactured to customer specifications and cannot be resold.
When you reported an issue with the drawer unit, our investigation showed damage caused by attempting to open it without using the provided keys. Despite this being user-caused damage, we still offered to replace the drawer unit at our cost - an offer that was declined at the time. We would have been more than happy to discuss this matter with you then, as we would be now, to find a satisfactory resolution. For transparency, we encourage potential customers to consider why this malicious review has surfaced after five years of silence and posted at 3am in the morning especially given our attempts to resolve the issue at the time.
We take pride in our customer service and our track record speaks for itself - we've supplied thousands of satisfied customers over the years with quality office furniture. While we understand your frustration, we believe we acted fairly and in accordance with both business law and our company policies regarding custom-made furniture. Great chairs for back pain
I own two of their office chairs, one of their high-end models and a more modest one. Both are sturdy and well built, very comfy and adjustable. The high-end one is just amazing, much better than any of these so called gaming chairs. I spent quite a lot of time sitting at work and this upgrade has eased my back pain considerably. Very recommended.
