I was lucky enough to have a lovely lady Carmen help me through a situation involving a car security swap. Carmen was extremely helpful and understanding, always in contact via emails and phone calls every step of the way. I have found rapid loans to be pushy, lacking compassion and charging exorbitant fees to customers. I would strongly advise against doing business with this company.

Had to ring for a statement as was advised they don't automatically send out statements. So every time I want a statement I'll have to ring. Rung to increase my payments only to be advised I'll be charged a $15 fee for making a change to my loan. Are you serious!! I understand a charge if I'm decreasing my repayments but I'm actually increasing. Luckily the person I spoke with advised I won't be charged a fee. At the begining of my loan an email was sent advising my loan amount but it failed to advise me that this amount did not include interest. Must have been in the fine print so think twice before applying for a loan from Rapid Loans.

Very simple process to get the loan but the lack of communication and service when trying to close loan was absolutely ridiculous. It took me to stop payments to get a response after 3monrhs of trying.

had a car loan with them for 3 years will not assist with refinance for major repairs required to continue using vehicle (but they damn sure keep taking my money every 2 weeks and expect me to keep it registered and insured even tho it doesnt work) already spoken to their disputes resolution team who are unable or unwilling to help with this situation

Applied for a loan last year and unfortunately was declined but was given steps to reapply at a later stage with the nod that if I were to do said steps, they would approve... voila, applied 6 months later and as promised, loan was approved.

Process was very simple and Carmen and Gemma were very helpful and responsive.

I originally applied through Driva, which added considerable time, but next time applied direct, process took about 2 days and then had the money in my bank that night after signing the contract.

10/10 would recommend.

Went though Driva to get matched with this company, got emails saying “Great news — your personal loan application looks great “
To saying unfortunately they weren’t able to give me a loan
Why make statements like that getting people hopes up to be declined
Would give zero stars if I could
It’s not the fact of not getting a loan got one with another lender, it just the down right wrong stay away👍

This company is the worst, they lie regarding internet rates. The customer service is less then par. Do your home work do not use them they are the pits
