Ben at Rank Local SEO found us due to our non performing website, and having had a couple of non performing websites built over the years I was nervous about signing over control. We have probably had hundreds of calls over the years pushing solutions, and his knowledge and manner stood out. There was no 'push' or 'limited time deal/10 exclusive places for your region' crap.

When I finally decided to pass the website/SEO stuff out, only one person was on my list. We chose the 'Scale' bundle that includes social media, GBP and website

Ben was very patient, asked good questions to understand who we are, what we do, and what we want to target, and built us a cracking site CGC-Gardens.co.uk with suggested copy provided.
Despite being early days (only live for 1 week so far), it is already starting to get traction: we have had a couple of enquiries for things we have never been asked for through our old website (but chose to target), versus 8 years of different websites built by myself or other 'specialists'.

Ben has been very understanding of our work pattern (at site for 7:30) and has worked emails/calls/video explanations around us. Very pleased, and wish we had found each other years ago.
