Excellent customer service

I really like the look and feel of the pants, have actually ordered three pairs and have a fourth on the way. Unfortunately everyone of the pants I've got so far the cable on the ankle has broken. Not sure why, I wash them according to the label instruction.. I still where them, just disappointing and heads up. They do respond to emails ect, so I'd give them a 5 star rating there.

I've bought from this company multiple times!! The customer service is fantastic as is their sweatpants, I have multiple pairs!!

Very weirdly sized. XL waist is tight but fits but pants are too long. If I get a large, the pants will be short, but way too tight. These are sized for tall, thin people. I’m 5’9 190 and no size will fit me well

The pants did not fit comfortably for my husband who has an LVAD and wears a football girdle to carry his batteries and controller. I have emailed company twice looking for an address to return sweatpants. No response
Update: company has reached out to me!
Second update after company response: Company has strict no return policy and will not accept any returns regardless of the fact that the pants do not fit my husband correctly and I pay of shipping return. Pants are in original packaging and shipping container. I was also informed that company is in China while website stated Arizona. I do not recommend ever ordering from the company Find a better priced option somewhere else.

I bought my pair of range trotter cargo sweatpants around 4 years ago during the pandemic. I opted for camouflage. I'm still wearing them today and they are as good as when I got them except for a little color fading. I will be happy to purchase another pair or two as I would love to have the new pair with the logos on them as mine does not have a logo but that's okay they are still a great product.

I am a repeat customer due to the fantastic quality of these sweatpants. They are the most comfortable and best quality sweats I've ever owned. I purchased 3 pairs at the beginning of the pandemic almost 4 years ago and I'm still wearing those pants! They still look good but are finally showing some wear in the cuffs. These pants are warm and fight off the wind when I'm outside in the Minnesota winter. I will be buying more in the future.

Would go on record to say these are the best sweatpants I've ever owned. Extremely comfortable, very warm for those harsh winter days.

Fits perfectly to size (I have a large as I like a baggier fit) and I can tell the quality is far superior than any fast fashion brands out there. Hold up really well in the wash!

I have orderd many pairs of pants and shorts and i continue to order more because they are comfortable extremely well made and to find them in my size because i am a big man is amazing i would recommend them to anyone who wants good quality pants that are really comfortable

I made a mistake in my order on size. The conditions are clear that it is the buyers responsibility to review the size chart and order correctly. The support staff were very clear on this but offered two options to resolve my problem. They did this quickly and genuinely attempted to fix the problem in a way that was satisfactory to me. The team turned a negative into a positive and created a loyal repeat customer in the process.

Love these sweats. Only question is why the yellow do not have the RangeTrotter logo on the back pocket? Turns out some of the colors have been discontinued and are discounted. Still great sweats just without the logo on the back pocket!

Excellent quality! Very comfortable fit and looks good in nearly all events. Especially great when I’m on tour!

The Cargo Sweatpants I ordered are Super Comfortable and they are warm which is perfect since the winter season is coming up soon here on Haida Gwaii, B.C.
