Very nice people to deal with, from the organising of surveys, and any inquiry we had. We are having a replacement conservatory and also all guttering and facias replaced at the rear of the house. Dennis measured up and explained everything we needed to know and answered any questions we had. Friendly and professional. Whilst we are waiting for the conservatory to be constructed and delivered to the company for fitting we decided to have new sliding doors from living room into conservatory. That was installed yesterday ( 26/3/26 ). Martin was the fitter and to be honest his work was outstanding. Very tidy, methodical and a top tradesman. Also he is a thoroughly lovely bloke, and our dogs liked him! We have had new windows from other companies, but nothing like the quality of the materials that R & M install. We will use them in the future as and when we replace other windows that need it. No hesitation in recommending R & M to anyone that is thinking of news windows, doors and conservatories. In fact they were recommended to us by a neighbour and also the person who does our household repairs and refurbs.

From initial enquiry to installation - everyone here has been polite, helpful and happy to help.
Quote was competitive, and product arrived sooner than the anticipated stock date. Fitted the next day and the result is spectacular. Will definitely use again when I come to replace the existing windows and doors

R&M Windows recently installed new windows for my home. Initially recommended by a number of my neighbours who had also had windows installed by this company - they did not disappoint- from fair well priced quotation which included installation, fitting and window costs, to a friendly knowledgeable pre installation Team, a great friendly and professional sales team who provided regular updates and well in advance notice of installation dates to the installation team who were professional, friendly and full on grafters. They were courteous and meticulous in cleaning and tidying up when removing and taking away my old windows to then installing the new windows. They were also quick to sort, replace and fit a window pane that had been damaged in transit.
Highly recommend R&M when considering replacing windows and front / back doors.

Very professional and pleasant company to deal with. I didn’t feel pressurised to buy their windows and everything was explained well. The fitters were also easy to be with and have in the house. They did a good job and the finishing was very neat. I would definitely recommend this company.

Ordered a new centre upvc door panel as ours was damaged. R&M gave us a very reasonable quote and we placed our order accordingly. Adam the fitter did a spanking job. Looks the mutts! Have to also thank the office team in Liz and Paul for their support throughout the whole process. The only issue was with their supplier of the door knocker & letter plate which delayed the project by a week. Cant fault R&M Windows for that and can highly recommend them based on my experience of them.

First class job from R&M. I obtained four quotes. R&M weren't either the cheapest or most expensive. I settled on them because I felt they would do the best job having been around for a while and with reliable fitters. This turned out to be exactly the case. Adam was fantastic, clearly expert at his trade and did a brilliant job. No mess, no issues and a perfect fitting. I have no hesitation in recommending R&M based on my experience.
