I’ve only had two orders from Randall’s, the service and care they make with every order is outstandingly amazing. The little freebie is a sweet touch aswell :)
I can’t explain how much trust I have ordering from Randall’s the people that work there seem absolutely lovely from what I’ve seen on tiktok and the TikTok lives. They give so much care and understanding to their customers it’s just so lovely to see and experience.

Great service from this company
Great service from this company. Only minor issue was one item was unexpectedly out of stock but they substituted in a duplicate of another item I had on the same order so no major issue really. Kept updated throughout the delivery process. Items came extremely well packed, good dates on them and no damage.

well it wasn’t great I’ll say that
well it wasn’t great I’ll say that. I spent over £50, and didn’t receive my parcel, and then it took 2 tries for DPD to even deliver it (in which they definitely stole the first parcel).
whoever I communicated with handled the situation wonderfully, but other than that, they were fairly blazè about the whole thing. Not terribly sure I’ll order again considering I’m still waiting for my parcel- which is a shame.
