Never deal with them again Emailed HVAC about two weeks ago about…
Emailed HVAC about two weeks ago about a problem with our1 year old still under warranty heatpump and have still not heard back.Ended up paying to get the heatpump fixed ourselves at our cost.So much for after support and buying a machine with a warranty.
We won't be dealing with or recommending anyone to get a heatpump from HVAC.

After being bombarded with Weldon Long products for days at a time, I commented on a post “is this a Weldon Long propaganda page?” Pete Ramsey shoots me an Instant Message scathing me for ruining his small business. I thought this guy was the HVAC guru. In fact, he’s nothing but a hack.

I have followed Pete Ramsey on social media for some time now due to his great insight into being successful in the HVAC/R business. He has a well rounded background and is down to earth. I really appreciate the fact that he has also been involved in the refrigeration industry like me so I feel that he has a good understanding of all three sides of the business hot, cold, and super cold. I was lucky to be apart of his 14 day challenge that had tremendous value. I look forward to participating in more training programs with Pete Ramsey in the future because he has a lot of value to offer.
