I am a cold brew addict, and only really enjoyed Tim's till now. Their coffee is top notch. It isn't bitter at all,and definitely strong enough. I added a little cream, and pumpkin puree, and Chef's Kiss! CS is really cool as well, and helpful. I didn't use their filter kit that they are kind enough to provide, as I had my own cold brew pot.
