Still difficult to know how to make a payment to another entity or get currency back out of the system. Reasonably easy to make transactions within the Ramp system itself. But working with external companies seems more difficult.

Expensive fees, insane verification tactics that refuse neo-banks, and just a ton of hoops to jump through to buy 15$ worth of crypto. And I say this lightly, almost all the other ones suck too.

Too slow and my account is in dollars and change to euros and after must change the coin and lose money

Ramp Network presents itself as a convenient service, but the overall experience falls short in several key areas. In particular, the refund policy appears overly rigid and not clearly structured from a user perspective. When transaction issues occur, the refund process is difficult to navigate and lacks transparent, step-by-step guidance, which creates uncertainty and delays resolution. Additionally, response times from support can be slow, further compounding the issue. Greater clarity, flexibility, and responsiveness in handling refunds would significantly improve the service.
