I hope the German police will investigate how widespread the issue of perfumes being sold but not delivered by this company really is, as I am clearly not the only affected customer.
Payment was taken, no product was delivered, and communication has been inadequate. This no longer appears to be an isolated incident but a pattern that deserves scrutiny.
REALLY FAST DELIVERY!! Literally one day delivery, i ordered yesterday afternoon and they immediately processed my order and i have it on my hands the next day. Products are original and the price also not bad. Really satisfied will order with them again and again :)
Contacted the seller to know how many he had in stock of a certain perfume. He told me only 2. Needed to contact again bc even tho he would ship to my country, I didn't get an option. He added a €15 charge for shipping to my address, what is extremely expensive.
Made the purchase anyway only to find out he shipped it without giving me a tracking info and to be shipped to a pickup point.. send a email about it, got ignored. Was told he used a cheap shipping service and was overcharged..
And he still has more stock of that perfume..
