Slow refund, item not as described
17 days later and still no refund. Delivery was speedy, but the item was not as described. It said white but it was ivory. The sizing was off, even though I checked the size guide carefully. Now I’m £236 out of pocket and still no refund. I guess that’s how they make money. Ps just got a notification saying they gave processed my refund and ‘please allow one full billing cycle for the balance to appear’ Absolutely disgusting
Appalling customer service
They advertise a price adjustment in the scenario that an item is reduced within ten days of purchase. I contacted them via WhatsApp to request the price adjustment, as a dress I had just bought was reduced by 20% within days of my purchasing it. A customer service agent named Mustafa was entirely unhelpful and insisted that he couldn’t see the 20% discount and therefore couldn’t honour the price adjustment promise. I sent him screenshots of the Ralph Lauren website showing the discount, but he seemed to ignore these and just kept repeating that he couldn’t see the discount at their end. This seemed like an obvious attempt to wiggle out of honouring the price adjustment promise. Very frustrating and not what I expected from Ralph Lauren. I asked several times to speak to a customer service manager and this never happened. Terrible customer service.
Ordered some gifts for my Fiance for…
Ordered some gifts for my Fiance for his birthday and was happy with the items received, hopefully he will just as happy when he gets his pressies on Friday!.
I ordered 3 items and they came in 2 separate deliveries, the 1st went smoothly and came exactly on the day it said it would. The 2nd one got delayed in Germany over the weekend but despite this still reached me only a day later than stated! I'm very happy with the service and satisfied with the delivery. UPS kept me updated promptly throughout.

Customer service is non-existent. The telephone number only sends an automated message with a link to talk to a bot. I returned an order, was not reimbursed and e-mailing is a nightmare. Do not buy online.

Order marked “delivered” but courier photo shows the parcel left at a different address. I provided proof of my front door.
Ralph Lauren accepts an investigation is ongoing but refuses a refund unless I wait, despite delivery to the wrong address being non-delivery under UK consumer law.
Please resolve.

Inept customer service
My order was shipped without complete shipping information leading to UPS being unable to deliver the package. I contacted RL customer service twice to have my information updated and they assured me it had been done and confirmed with UPS. Nearly two weeks after placing the order I get a notification that the package was returned to RL because the shipping information was not provided. Now I will have to wait up to 10 days for a refund and have to place the order again. Avoid and buy from another retailer!
Still not arrived
Ordered a coat on 4th January, as of 12th January still no delivery to parcel shop. Should have been delivered last week, then delayed due to bad weather! Tracking said out for delivery today then when I checked around 4pm it said return to sender requested! Very strange. I called Ralph Lauren and they weren’t helpful, she told me it had been delivered to the shop and gave me a pick up code but couldn’t explain why someone had requested ‘ return to sender’. So along to the pick up shop I went only to find it hadn’t been delivered and I fact they’d had no parcels today from UPS. Call UPS get staff with poor English who seem to dance round the question of Where’s my parcel? Even the manager was useless. Tracking update now says delivery by end of play tomorrow. If it doesn’t arrive I will raise a dispute with my credit card provider. Really expected better from a well known brand. Wish I had seen the reviews prior to ordering as I wouldn’t have bothered. I will never order from them again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS..

Coat which has not arrived
I ordered a coat online which was supposedly delivered by UPS on 31/12/2025 (there have been several amendments made to their tracking since they ‘delivered’ with the last update that it was signed for by ‘Mo’ who does not exist, at least not at the delivery address). I raised the matter on the day as I did not want to delay raising this issue. I have now contacted RL’s customer service on 3 occasions to chase getting a refund. On each occasion I get told that they need to investigate with UPS and that I will hear back later the same day with an update. They never phone back or contact me. After speaking to them today, I have asked for my query to be raised as a complaint. I have been advised the turn around time is 24-48hours. When I do not hear from them in 48 hours, I will be raising a credit card dispute. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering as I would agree with the comments about unreliable couriers and poor customer service.
Two wrong sizes
I ordered some very expensive boots for christmas for my daughter the boots arrived, but the left boot was a size 6 and the right one was a 3.5 how can a reputable company get this wrong .
I'm very unhappy about this as I have no christmas present for her now.
Horrendous
Horrendous! The most expensive company but has the WORST customer service. Their call centre is in South Africa and they know NOTHING. I have been constantly emailing them and ringing them for months fighting to try and get my orders and refunds. They have the wrong UK size on their website for ALL of their shoes so they are all too big. You need to order a size smaller than you usually wear. They have a US size 8 listed as UK size 5 but US size 8 is UK size 4. I told them about this but they haven't corrected their website. Their complaints dept is incompetent just like the whole company. I would never order from them ever again. I have wasted so much time with them. Only managed to get a refund by doing a paypal claim

If I could give no stars I would. Simply the worst online experience to date. Sent out all wrong order then asked to pick up the expenses to return, if I don't they would not return my money. No customer service just robots with a script. Do yourself a favor don't buy online.
Horrific experience
Please do not buy from RL online, they take your money and if you return something because it doesn't fit they don't reimburse you. After 2 weeks aI'm still waiting to be refunded for the expensive item I returned. What is hilarious is that the item I bought, which was the last one, is now available again online. They want to make double money for an item! You would expect more from an expensive company, but they are totally disgraceful.
Only buy in store
Only buy in store. Their e-commerce shop is shocking and their customer service processes not up to standard. At some point I even wondered if I had been scammed as their phone lines didn’t work, their email said they only help US customers even though I emailed a general email address found on their uk website during uk business hours and their WhatsApp service is very amateur with poor communication. Also, all the correspondance received by them and UPS reference different terms adding to the confusion and the sentiment that this is not a legitimate business. Quite shocking.

I purchased this coat expecting high-quality craftsmanship and long-lasting durability, especially considering the higher price. Unfortunately, it did not meet those expectations. After only two winters of use during the cold months (December–February), the coat started falling apart in multiple areas — including several seams and even the inside pockets. This was very disappointing, especially for what I considered an investment piece for my wardrobe. I’ve owned coats from much cheaper brands and never experienced issues like this.
I sent detailed photos to customer service, but they were unable to assist since the purchase was made through the retailer Zalando. This lack of support was frustrating, given the brand’s reputation and the cost of the item.
Overall, the quality and durability fell far below what I expected, and I hope this review helps other customers make an informed decision.

Sent my jumper to a locker, kept giving me wrong codes to open locker. Never got it, customer service promised a voucher, never received, phoned them promised a response. Guess what no response, this has been going on for weeks now, they just don't care.
Classic fit failure
I have bought Ralph Lauren classic fit shirts for more than 20 years the are comfortable well made and very long lasting.
Now it seems they have discontinued this fit.
All their marketing seems focussed on the young and thin!
