UPDATE - 5/15/26 - Ralph Christian made good!

Time to order another!
Less than a year after the purchase, a screw in the face of the watch went missing.
This company refused to send a replacement screw and wanted to charge $19.95 to return the watch for repair.
Great looking watch, and the last Ralph Christian watch I purchase due to the terrible customer experience.

Good seller and good product
Easy to use and secure website and very fast shipping from US based distributor. This is not a cheap watch bit the value for easily exceeds the price. Great materials and craftsmanship in an overall high quality watch. I would but from them again and recommend them to others.

I don’t know how I stumbled up Ralph Christian watches but as soon as I saw them on the website I was amazed by the quality and look of them. I purchased the Polaris chronograph ice - regal noir watch. Very quick delivery, no issues at all. The watch itself is stunningly beautiful and quite weighty which only makes it feel like a real premium watch. It looks like it would cost at least 10 times what I paid for it. This is my first Ralph Christian watch but it won’t be my last.
