DO not use this company or nora bags. Ordered a bag, still waiting for it two months on. No refund, no legitimate tracking (sent to a fake site). Wasted £35.
NoraBags - Thoroughly disappointed with customer service!
Purchased two bags with the intention of keeping one and returning the other - big mistake. Although Canada features on website, it has a UK telephone number and nothing to alert you to the fact that returns need to be made to Canada. A return address in Southall was noted on the address label, but appears to be a 'red herring' as I was asked to return to Canadian address. Obviously won't be doing that as would be throwing good money after bad and I bet the package will go astray! Probably better to buy from Amazon but think before you support this type of company.

Don’t part with your money!
I have given 1 star rating because, to be fair, they returned each of my emails except for the last one demanding my money back. I ordered my bag from this company Early Feb 2020 and here it is May and nothing! I’m in Australia and thought the product was coming from the US but it was in fact coming fr China! Had I known I would never have ordered. I was told they would refund my money in an email but that changed the next time I contacted them. I say be very careful when dealing with this company. The corona virus is no excuse for bad customer service.

My bag was supposed to be here today. Actually between the 9th and 15th. I haven't gotten one email about it being shipped, still says it's on its way. Can't call because my phone can't call Canada and I have emailed them 3x's with no reply. I feel like I got robbed.
The WORST experience
The WORST experience! I bought a handbag/backpack as advertised for $39.99 in October as a Xmas present. While waiting for it, It was reduced to $19.99! It didn't arrive -FROM CHINA until mid-January. It is very POOR QUALITY. The inside is like crepe paper and the "leather" is like a cheap fake leather material so I contacted support and was told to return it at the address provided for a refund. I took it to the post office, they said it was $15 to ship it back. I agreed and mailed it. ONE MONTH later it arrives back at my door as "REFUSED". They refused it because there was postage due. I emailed for a refund and they said they don't issue refunds if the product is defective or different from the advertisement and for me to send a picture. At this point I am NOT paying to ship it back again. I am still fighting with them
Excellent communication and costumer service
Unfortunately I can't review the product of the company, but the communication and costumer service was excellent. I ordered a bag in October, it didn't arrived for 3 months, but it was the responsibility of the post, that the package never arrived. I got my refund and I didn't have to wait long for that.

Yesterday I contacted Ralphany about the handbag I purchased as a Christmas present for my wife Caroline Cauvin. She used it like five times and the strap came completely unstitched. So I contacted Ralphany thinking it has only been around 40 days since Xmas that this would be an easy exchange. Quick call, send the photo, get a replacement sent in the mail. Pretty typical exchange policy. WRONG. Here's the email response I got from the owner.
We apologize for the unfortunate situation but we have to respect our policy. Any replacement or refund for a damaged product should be requested within 14 days after the delivery date.

Terrible customer service over a FAULTY bag!
I received a bag from my partner for Christmas 2019 and in January 2020, after using the bag just once, it broke with minimal weight in it - I was carrying a bottle of water and a notebook. I wrote to Ralphany's customer service explaining what had happened and asked them to replace what was obviously a faulty bag. I received a response stating that as it was out of warranty they wouldn't replace it (despite it being faulty!) and I could just buy another one at a 35% discount. I wrote to them again explaining this was unacceptable, not least because the bag took more than 15 days to arrive and when I was given it was already technically out of warranty - also as a faulty item to begin with the warranty never should have been an issue. I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service from Ralphany, I'll certainly not ever buy anything from them myself and most definitely will not recommend them to anyone else.
Actually a no star
Actually a no star. I have had a bag on order for going on 3 months. I have received nothing but "your package is being delivered", "we are so sorry- we'll send another", the best being "the postal service is not answering their phones". Really? Funny, they had no problem securing their payment from my MasterCard account. I am so frustrated, I want to scream. I feel as though there is a computer generated response for every message I have sent.
purse ripped after less than a month's use...
I bought a purse and was super excited to get it. It took a while to ship and I was patient, their customer service always responds fairly quick. Although I had the bag for less than a month and it ripped already. I took a picture and e-mailed them. They said the 15 days warranty was already expired and all they can do is give me a 35% discount on my next purchase. After I replied that a 15 day warranty suggests bad product they responded with " We apologize for this unfortunate situation". Horrible, I will never buy again from them. I'll see if I can fix the bag as I really like it but I spent a lot of money on it for it to rip in just less than a month

I ordered my bag on 1 Jan received it on 13 Jan (international shipping). one I had ordered I was suppose that there was no deliver information with the purchase email. so when I searched for info I found all these review about how horrible the product and the deliver was.
I wrote the company asking for a confirmation of the delivery details. got a. response in the next 30 hours that delivery due to backlogs would be 15-20 working days. so I was pleasantly surprised by the relative fast delivery. after the delivery I got an emails stating that due to backlogs my product would be delivered late.
I think the company certainly can improve with regards to its logistics and internal understanding of processes.
the product itself is okay. I paid about 30£ as it was on sale and for that price I would have probably not bought it in the store. it is made out of plastic material and the zippers are quite clunky. however, the main feature of the adjustable straps works well and the straps are very soft (so no cutting into the shoulders but the twist a lot). it has a lot of compartments which is need.

Also, the bags that switch from shoulder/crossbody to backpack are terribly small. My small cell phone didn't fit in the inside front pocket on the Khali. The inside of this bag (I bought 3 different makes), is dark brown lining with narrow & small cargo pockets that hold nothing. I returned all 3 to the Montreal supplier on my dime. I'll stick with Lug.

Ordered 3 bags advertised as leather and USA. They were canvass w/leather pieces in some of the seam areasand cheap Chinese made. Likely from a child labor camp. I asked for refund. They said OK. BUT they are in Canada selling Chinese products and I would have to pay shipping. Shipping is as much as cost of the bags. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. I GOT AN email stating how sorry they were. I ordered a bag on Nov. 8 and still hasn't arrived. (It is now Jan. 4th.) I contacted them via email requesting that they deliver my order or refund my money. They responded, "The order must probably be lost and the post office is not returning my calls." Really? They assured me they are sending another one. Somehow, I don't feel reassured...

Update: The bag finally came mid January. It's not all that bad, but not worth the wait and aggravation.

My bag took a month to be delivered and when it arrived I thought I'd got the wrong one. It looked completely different and much cheaper. The lining on the inside started to come away after a week. I can't be bothered with the hassle of sending it back. Considering I spent nearly £40 on it I got really ripped off.
