I purchased a few products from these guys as a Christmas stocking filler for Milo, the products themselves are fantastic and I’ll definitely be purchasing more once we run out.

As for the Fran & Eleanor (the ladies behind Ralph & Albert), they were absolutely brilliant and couldn’t do enough for me.

I saw sick of buying shampoo from big companies filling shampoo with various chemicals and perfumes that I can’t even pronounce, let alone be content with smothering it all over my dog. So when I found Ralph & Albert I had to try it.

I’m very local to these guys and I’m always a firm believer in buying local and helping small businesses as much as I can, especially knowing just how much they both care about both dogs and their business, both Fran and Eleanor have a wealth of knowledge and experience and are always super keen to help with any and all questions.

The products themselves are brilliant and have left Milo’s coat super soft and smelling lush, the paw balm keeps his paw pads soft and subtle (Milo competes in agility so I ensure his paws are ready for various surfaces and challenges that may be thrown at them).

Overall I would recommend Ralph & Albert to anyone, fantastic products, fantastic business and I will purchasing from them again

Absolutely love everything from this company. The salt soak is brilliant and the bath bombs and shampoo are like nothing else Iv found . My dogs smell amazing for weeks after using these products and the love and knowledge that go in to each product Is second to none

Easy to use website. Deliverd within time stated. Item packaged with care. Leaves paws feeling soft. Too soon to say if it will help with the issues on paws I purchased it for but I will continue to use daily and monitor.

Super easy purchase and the balms purchased were lovely on Cooper's pads. He's now demanding spa treatments though so please sort these ASAP!!

Fabulous quality products and perfect delivery and service. Monty enjoys chilling out with his Wheat Me Up bag on an evening and both Monty & Waffle are using the Explorer Balm daily! It is helping to keep the pesky flies and midges away!

Amazing products. Phoenix is suffering at the moment with his allergies which causes him it lick his paws and get infected and nasty cysts. He also has a collapsed front paw which has constant scabs that split inbetween his paw. It's constant care, cream everyday that doesn't work as he licks it off l.so now, I use (and have for a while) paw soaks every other day and his balm. I spoke to Fran about which balm would be best for his heading and trusted her advice and recommendation. I put his balm on every day and his front paw is healing nicely within a few days and will be doing his paw soak once a week. I noticed the other day cause of the pollen etc phoenix has acne on his chin so I have been putting his balm on also on his dry spots, he keeps me very busy! Wouldn't be without Ralph & Albert x the only thing negative about the balm, is phoenix trying to lick it out of the tin and off my fingers before I have applied it and the battle of hiding the tin getting it on his paws he loves the stuff :) thank u ladies love from us x

Amazing quality products. The heat pack is definitely what Oscar needs to help with his recovery. The balm is also really helping his skin from being in treated water regularly.

We have tried a few different heat pads and Teddy has just refused to sit with them. But this wheat bag must have some sorcery inside because he’s sleeping like a baby and hasn’t moved since we applied it. We love it!🫶🫶

As a professional dog groomer, these products have often saved the day!
The paw balms have worked wonders on my own dogs and the “knot today” spray has been an absolute life saver with matted coats… this spray genuinely works better than any other product I have tested, even from the big companies. It has saved many of my grooms from being clipped short.
The customer service from Ralph and Albert is second to none.
I am so thankful that I found these products and can’t wait to see what they bring out next.

Beautiful products! The knot today spray is absolute magic, it smells great and works a treat, making tangles slide out of the coat! Also found it sped up drying times and doesn’t leave a residue in the coat which is fab!

The sensitive soles balm is also working wonders on my old labradors cracked paws, they’ve been in need of some much needed tlc and are already improving after a few uses. One very happy groomer here, thankyou!
