Perfect treat to relax us into our staycation! Good communication, set up efficiently, everything clean and in good condition. The care instructions were really easy to follow. Have used a couple of times now and would thoroughly recommend.

Excellent service once again from Mike & the team. This is the 2nd year running we have hired from Rally. It has become the kids' favourite time of the year when the hot tub arrives! Both years we hired the 5-7 person tub which is more than enough room for 4/5 adults or 5/6 kids. This year we also hired the artificial grass to give more comfort with the tub on the patio. We have always recieved an efficient & professional service with high quality products & great value for money. Mike's instruction videos on how to keep the tub clean, heated & working properly are easy to follow with everything you need provided, as well as Mike at the end of the phone just in case you're not sure! Keep up the good work guys! Cannot recommend highly enough. We will definitely be using Rally again in the future!

Fantastic service, very reliable

We booked a hot tub for my daughter’s 13th birthday. We did this online & it was super easy. The hot tub was delivered & collected promptly at the arranged times both without any hassle. The chaps were super helpful & the informative videos meant the running & maintenance of the hot tub was easy!!
We hired the gazebo which was the right thing to do as it kept the rain off & set a nice atmosphere with the fairy lights on an evening.
Overall a fantastic service & I would highly recommend them to anyone!

We hired a hot tub for our daughters 10th Birthday. It was here and set up super quick on our chosen day. The initial instructions were easy and the more in-depth videos a brilliant idea. We had a brilliant few days in the tub. We ordered the gazebo, fake grass etc mainly to keep the sun off so we wouldn't need sun cream, turns out if works just as well for keeping the pouring rain off! I would definitely pay the extra for the gazebo and grass again so if you can stretch to it it's well worth the extra. The customer service is brilliant and we will definitely use and recommend Rally for hot tub hire.

Very professional and clear simple instructions

Hired a hot tub for my sons birthday. The whole experience was a positive one. Quick friendly set up, plenty clear instructions on how to use the hot tub. Any questions we had were answered instantly. Communication was great. We were very happy with everything and would definitely use again.

Couldn’t fault the service, booked a last minute hot tub and they came the next day to fit it. Provided really handy instructions on how to use the hot tub and test the water too. Quick set up and removal and the hot tub itself was high quality, it stayed warm for a long time and the lights on the bottom were great on a night! Highly recommend, will definitely be using Rally Hot Tubs again!
