Held together with plastic nuts and bolts

They don't include the phone number in the instructions, but eventually I found it. I tried every option in the menu and couldn't get an answer. I called more than a dozen times and nobody in the entire company could take a second to answer the phone. Also most of the nuts and bolts are made out of plastic. I'm sure that saves a dollar on every order, but these are very expensive and shouldn't be assembled with plastic nuts and bolts. The plastic washers warp easily when tightened.
