I am very disappointed with Rakuten Insight. I have earned points honestly by completing surveys, but when I tried to redeem them, my account showed “suspicious behaviour” and my request was blocked.
I did not do anything wrong, yet I am unable to use my earned rewards. There is no clear explanation or proper support response from their side.
This feels unfair and frustrating because users spend time completing surveys and then face issues at the time of redemption.
I request Rakuten Insight to review my account properly and resolve this issue. Otherwise, I would not recommend this platform to others.

This rakuten insight survey has no surveys given if you have been paid out the second , time the surveys are not appears anymore this is a scam survey website , not trusted fraud

Been using this company for more than five years and had been receiving invites and answering the surveys honestly. I had a notice a year ago saying that my account was deleted due to suspicious activity I had committed. Then later on they reinstated my account saying they mixed up another user account with mine.

Next I had yet another notice saying that my account was suspended. I gave up on the site.. Earlier in October I received an email stating that there is an update to their privacy policy and member agreement.

I logged on to check it just for curiosity and boom there's surveys there. I didn't touch the surveys. I didn't even do anything. I just went to log in to check out if the redemption process is active for me and to my disappointment I got suspended. I even inquired about my account and they sent me the suspicious activity reason again,... So disappointing...

Completed surveys with due diligence only to be ousted weeks later without sympathetic points given. Wasted time and efforts. Otherwise surveys takes weeks to be screened and reviews.

its a an bullshit website which only scams you .when you about to cash out it shows that suspicious thing about you.

I accumulated a lot of points and was just about to cash in when I was flagged for suspicious behavior that they said was defined in their rules but they didn't tell me what nor will they since it also states they can terminate or suspend your account with NO reason. I have written many times to find out if this is a suspension and will I be reinstated since my points still show but I still get the same answer. I thought this company had a good name. All those hours wasted.

I was blocked from taking surveys just because I can read fast and type fast. I've sent an inquiry and they responded and stated that that's the reason. They said they still want me to answer surveys, but when i try to, I keep getting the error message. So disappointing. I hope they'd just let me redeem my points and that's it. Wouldn't recommend this site.

This is a scam. My point accumulates till 400 and while still doing the survey, the survey just hang. Could not proceed so close it and relogin to join the rest. But they do not gives any points even after ghe long survey.

After email them about this problem, they says there is prohibited act but they cannot tell what is it! M froze all my points which do not allow to Exchange rewards! All the time and effort provided is gone for nothing!

They do not allow me to redeem points. I do not do anything wrong. They took all my points my effort and time without paying a cent. 1 star is high for them

This company will flag you and refuses to tell you why. They said they are not obligated to tell you. I read the rules and couldn’t figure out what I did wrong and after they refused to tell me, I tried closing my account and they wanted to know why I wanted to close my account. DUH!! It’s obvious why I wanted to close.

After years of using this website, I was flagged without notice or explanation on suspicion of prohibited activities AFTER I had requested an Amazon payout of my earned rewards. Since I was flagged, they will not release the funds even if the fund request occurred BEFORE the suspected prohibited activities. You cannot get ahold of an actual person to dispute the claims and they will not release any information about what they accuse you of doing. I am 100% certain I did not engage in any of their prohibited activities as I took every single survey the same way for years. They are absolutely scamming people who are trying to just make a few extra dollars.

On January 23, 2025, through their website, I redeemed reward points for an e-voucher.
And they informed me that the prize will be delivered between February 20, 2025, and February 28, 2025.
On Januari 24, 25 and 29, I asked them why does it take so long. But no reply at all.
Today, February 5, they suddenly replied through email and said I haven’t finished the points redemption.
How come ? If they said I’ll get it next month means that they accepted my submission.
Other survey providers give the prize on the same day or at the latest, within 1 day after.
Why do I have to wait so long ?

I’ve try several times and it keeps saying the same thing over and over “sight is busy”. Why advertise (Facebook & Instagram) if you’re not accepting new people to do surveys.

I've learned that all of the survey sites that give you points that you can redeem for gift cards aren't legit. Rakuten Insight is the most recent one to prove this to me. It is also the last one. They're all the same. I answered all of the questions on the survey and at the end it told me that I provided inaccurate answers and I didn't get any points. Avoid this site.

It's quite frustrating that after carefully answering 40 to 50 questions, one response triggered a 'not eligible to continue survey' message, and I was given a single point out of pity. If that question was so critical, it should have been asked at the beginning of the survey to avoid wasting 30 minutes for a negligible reward. Moreover, it's infuriating that my honest answer was disregarded, making my effort feel unappreciated and uncounted. If Rakuten Insight continues to overlook this issue, they may soon struggle to find members willing to participate in surveys.

This is the latest update I have learned about it, you don't have to browse those robot comments:
1. The survey unit price is very low, and many surveys are fake.
2. You will always be unable to open the questionnaire for no reason, especially when your points are about to reach the threshold for redemption, it will use some means to restrict you from entering the questionnaire.
3. The most important point is that it no longer pays for exchange orders that it believes you are involved in violations. Do you have any objections to the violation? No, it clearly tells you that it doesn't even want to tell you.
If you are fortunate enough to register, accumulate points by answering questionnaires, and successfully redeem a reward, then I congratulate you. But you have to be careful next, it may not just simply ban your account, but also cancel your user qualification when you redeem rewards again

MrLucky: I had same thing happen to me. Just like Survey Honey, got cut off after I reached a reward threshold. There ate legit survey sites out there, but Rakuten ain’t it. STAY AWAY and don’t waste your time and not get oaid

THIS SURVEY SITE IS THE WORST ONE I HAVE EVER TRIED. DEFINITELY AVOID IT AS THE SITE IS NOT USER FRIENDLY AND LETS YOU KNOW AFTER YOU TAKE A SURVEY THAT YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR SOME IDIOTIC REASON.

I have read questions carefully and answered surveys honestly, but they will remove me from the survey or there will be a mysterious "glitch" that will transfer me over to another survey. In the end, after all that work, they will not let me receive the points because they will say something like "I don't qualify".

This is a waste of time and I have never been able to cash out because of these glitches. All work and no reward.

Bad site..stay away from this Rakuten insight. Survey close at the end of the survey. Very very bad.
