I initially shared my experience on this platform, and Raksmart responded publicly, claiming they would conduct a thorough investigation into my appeal. Nevertheless, when I submitted an official support ticket for further communication, I only received rigid automated template replies with perfunctory attitudes.

The staff refused to perform manual inspection, neglected to check server logs, and failed to provide any credible evidence of infringement. My service was maliciously reported and unjustly suspended without reasonable verification.

Their compliance mechanism is extremely flawed. Anyone can fabricate false allegations concerning child abuse to report their IP and hosting facilities. Regrettably, their team will directly block user servers indiscriminately, with no due diligence, no reasonable explanation, and no opportunity for users to defend themselves.

This brand adopts a hypocritical attitude: they make sincere promises on public review platforms to maintain their corporate image, but adopt indifferent and evasive processing in private work orders. Malicious false complaints are indulged, while innocent customers suffer unfair sanctions.

It is strongly recommended that potential users avoid this unreliable provider, as arbitrary censorship and irresponsible management will lead to unnecessary losses.

Disappointed with support response

The biggest issue wasn’t just the hardware failure, but how it was handled. Losing data is serious, yet the response was minimal and compensation insignificant. I expected a more responsible approach.

Not suitable for critical usage

After a hardware failure, all my VPS data was permanently lost. There was no backup or recovery option available. This service might work for testing, but I would not trust it for anything important.

Lost all data, no real solution provided

A hardware issue caused my VPS to crash and all my data was lost. I understand failures can happen, but offering just one extra day of service feels unreasonable. There was no meaningful attempt to address the impact.

Be careful – no data recovery guarantee

I want to share my experience to warn others. My VPS with RakSmart suffered a hardware failure, and all data was lost permanently.

Support confirmed that recovery was not possible, which suggests there may be limited redundancy or backup systems in place.

If you plan to use their VPS, make sure you maintain your own backups at all times. This service may not be suitable for critical workloads.

Serious reliability issues and poor compensation

My experience with RakSmart has been frustrating. A hardware issue on their end caused me to lose all my data, and there was no recovery option provided.

While technical failures can happen, the way this was handled was disappointing. The compensation offered (just one extra day) felt inadequate considering the impact.

I expected better transparency and a more reasonable solution. At the very least, users should be clearly informed about backup responsibilities and risks.
