DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

They will not do right by you. They will take your money, lie about delivery timelines, and then BLOCK YOU when you ask for accountability. Absolutely shameful business.

I ordered shoes on the 6th of April for my wedding. Their website clearly states delivery within 10–15 days. When I followed up, they falsely promised delivery by the 1st of May. On following up again, they admitted the shoes wouldn’t arrive on time and offered no proper solution.

When we called for answers, the lady on the phone said if we didn’t like the alternatives, she would issue a refund. But when I requested the refund, she refused—and BLOCKED ME.

I deeply regret choosing this company for such an important moment in my life. I now have NO SHOES for my wedding and reception.

AGAIN, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! GO TO THEIR COMPETITORS.

8 weeks later no goods received no reply to emails awaiting refund but not holding out much hope
UPDATE
Just had to update, Heard nothing until today when the shoes actually arrived 2 days short of 6 months from ordering! No note nothing the funny thing is the wedding is in a week's time so they actually arrived in time although they don't know that and of course we had purchased alternatives. Couldn't help but laugh my daughter didn't even guess what they were she had totally forgotten about them. I hadn't because I was the one out of pocket! Doesn't alter my advice though because most people don't expect to order shoes more than 6 months in advance!
